Hello,
This Sunday we went to Dabbaguli which is a place on the banks of the river Cauvery about 120 kms south of Bangalore. This place I think is right on the border between Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
The roads to this place were narrow and pretty good but for 2 stretches closer to Dabbaguli of about 5 - 8 kms each that are very bad! However, since I was on my Muddy Hog, modified to handle such terrain, it was a relatively stress-free ride.
Mind you, we were able to go to the riverbank because it is now well past monsoon season else, I think the mud roads would have been swamps and slush pits and become unrideable.
I think motorcycling is one of the greatest feelings in the world. Nowadays, there is so much information that we are bombarded by 24 hours, that it can get very distracting and overwhelming. So, motorcycling is one way to help quiet things around and to experience some peace.
Hope you enjoy watching. Wish you happy & safe riding. Cheers!

The journey is the destination… so very well said. Stumbled across your channel and really enjoy flicking through your back catalogue. It may take a while to get through but will enjoy the journey. Thank you for your wit and wisdom - very life affirming.

Amazing video, is it true that interceptor pegs are little towards the -ve side also is it better than s.meteor 650 in city?

Pegs are closed to mid and it's easier in heavy traffic than the Super Meteor.

Standing and riding was possible but not that comfortable. Mileage was about 25 to 28.

Sir, how was the handling over all? You had any bottoming out? And does yss provide front forks also??
@bigbearbangalore
@bigbearbangalore 3 жыл бұрын
Hi! The ride is firm when ridden slowly or lazily. The more spirited the riding the better the suspension starts to respond. I have not bottomed it out yet because I have not really done any really high speeds on dirt. Though it serves my purpose very well. Yes, YSS makes a front spring kit which is a replacement for the stock and it is of the same height and does not increase the stroke length or the overall fork length.

@@bigbearbangalore ok thank you sir, another doubt is that can the interceptor foot controls be put as mid controls? Usually out of the factory it is staying kind of between mid and rear..is it possible to have mid settings??
@bigbearbangalore
@bigbearbangalore 3 жыл бұрын
Should be possible. I think there is a company that is manufacturing and selling a slightly forward set foot control kit. Lemme check and share the details when I get hold of them. Thanks.
