Last book I read in 2023 was ‘Zaire’ by Voltaire to finish an alphabet challenge. First book I read in 2024 was ‘From the Mixed Up Files of Mrs. Basil E Frankweiler’ by E.L Konigsberg to fulfill a challenge prompt.

Last book I read in 2023 was Do Your Worst by Rosie Danan (it was so fun) and the first book I read in 2024 was ruthless vows by Rebecca ross.

Congrats on hitting your goal! I managed to read 127 books last year. Lol I believe in you reading Munro this month! My last book of 2023 was Foxglove by Adylan Grace, which I also finished at like 7 on New Years Eve. I'm excited for Starling House and am also going to be reading Bone Shard Daughter by Andrea Stewart.

My friends have read Fourth Wing and send me dozens of reels about it. I think I will also cave and read it this month. I finished December with Into the Drowning Deep about murderous mermaids. I loved it.

I was skeptical about fourth wing but I just read it and LOVED it. The beginning I thought was very average but as soon as the dragons came in it just took off.

In order to get to my goal of 75 books a year, at the end to get to the number I read short books specifically poetry books.

Oh! I just read Hercules Poirot's Xmas too! It was not the Christie mystery I remember reading i the past, where someone is found dead in the snow. If anyone remembers the title of that one, please let me know.
