What a wild and kind of weird finale to an otherwise mundane season where Louis and Claudia seemed extremely bound to the world of Armand and his theatre. Especially, since the showrunners chose to basically stretch it out for a whole season. Then, in this final episode it appeared rushed with some awful music as Louis got revenge. There were also not enough pertinent scenes showing what actually happened on screen as opposed to offscreen like when Armand attacks Malloy, lol.

I just finished this book and like to listen to ur recaps to make sure I didn't miss anything 😂 this one was great for me, not as hard to get through as the Witching Hour, which was still pretty great to me. I'm up to Merrick in the Vampire chronicles which ppl say is where they come together so I'm moving on to Taltos next 😁

It’s devastating to find out you’re the rebound. So many sacrifices Armand made to make Louie stay. Deep down Armand knew.The Interview was Louis passive way to call his lover home. It was heartbreaking for Armand to hear Lestat calling for his love and know if Louie heard him he would go.

Question: do witches retain their magical powers when turned to vampires in Anne Rice’s universe or no? Can’t seem to find an answer anywhere else. Thanks!

I was not sad or anything when Claudia bit the dust (😂) I was a little sick of her anyway when I lead eyes on Armand I knew instantly that he was a snake in the grass he just looks like a man who does s***** things to other people. When I Saw how broken lestat was at the end of the episode my heart broke for him I never read the book and I am so glad I didn't! I'm a huge fan of Lestat ❤️ he reminds me of me except for the blood sucking vampire thing lol

Until now, I feel very good this season, the new actress of Claudia it is more good than the oldest (but the oldest actress is also a good actress, but that new actress it is better). I would like to see the next season, it be focus only in Lestat. It is sad the last season with Claudia (I do not watch the last episode of the second season).

1. How could Armand be a prisoner of the coven? He is SO much more powerful, due to his maker being Marius and due to his age. 2. HOW could Daniel be reading all the messages from the Talamasca without Armand or Louis reading his mind????

I have two questions… So Ahmad had planned all along to kill Louie when they first met? When did Ahmad turned Daniel? I didn’t even noticed his fingernails or eyes. I was wondering why he said his maker?

I nvr read the books, but compared to the movie version Louis, I like him much better in the show. Especially by this episode. I really hope they show just how powerful he is and how, bc even the talamascula makes it seem like Louis more powerful and dangerous than Armand to them.

The first thing Daniel brings up the tractor salesman and how Lestat spoke to him telepathically. This has been bothering me since episode 2. I thought this was a mistake for the longest time. Daniel says that he shouldn't be able to do that since he made Louis. Louis throws this away by saying, oh maybe he whispered it to me. I know this was building to Lestat being strong in mind powers, and proving that Lestat was the one to save him. But, I'm still wondering if this is going to come up later and Lestat could read Louis this whole time if he really tried. I've rewatched some of season one and there is also the walk with Louis where Lestat hesitates before telling him he can't read his mind anymore. Did you notice these things or am I reading to much into gestures?
@StandAsYouAre8 күн бұрын
Does anyone find it odd that the hallucination of Lestat referred to Armand as a Gremlin well before saying it in person in Magnus’s dungeon? Was Louis’s subconscious already telling him Armand was bad news.
