I know some people think it's manufactured, but if it is it isn't manufactured by the NFL. They're milking it for all it's worth, but they wouldn't try to roll it out the same weekend they announce the SB halftime show since that got totally eclipsed. I think partly it's captured us because it's two people at the peak of their popularity who are generally liked more disliked.

People forget its all entertainment at the end of the day. Predicted Hurts mvp season based on his marketability and overall brand appeal. Funny how the year before his “breakout year” the refs were screwing dude over and he had like the most brought back td’s in the league. The NFL 100% does whatever is in its powers to try and have marketable brand friendly players succeed

Taylor Swift is campaigning for the super bowl halftime show and the NFL is doing its best to share some of their attention with her. Roger Goodell making sure the networks have enough cameras on her and her entourage rather than the football game itself.

I mean, sports, especially the NFL is entertainment. Taylor Swift is one of the biggest stars on the planet. The NFL is the biggest sports league in America with Travis Kelce blurring the lines between sports and media. I mean, he hosted SNL, so he has interest off the field too. This story touches a lot of different bases in media and there's a lot of money to be made from its interest from a much bigger demographic. There's a lot of crossover.

I don't really care about them as a couple I come to watch a game, Kelce is a legend TE and Taylor is whatever in my opinion. I think they're doing a little too much in my opinion, I wouldn't if in Kelce's position want that much lime light day in and day out. It would be a bit annoying, like I get it but can we have some peace?

As a Chiefs fan in Kansas City living in a household of Swifties we love it. Manufactured? I don’t think so but don’t really care if it is. I love both of them and love the attention especially if it brings more fans to the sport. My daughters have been glued to the TV for the last two games, can’t beat that. P. S. I’ll say it again, great content! P.P.S. I loved seeing Travis chest bump Clark Hunt lol
