to be fair to chat; with the amount of times doug is late to his streams, it's a reasonable assumption that he just straight up doesn't know what time it is or how to read a standard 12 hand clock

For context, I'm pretty sure that the reason everyone was sending the time was because TTS was very backed up, and people would send timestamps so Doug and the people could know how much TTS was behind. Unfortunately, Doug did not seem to care in the slightest.
