What I wouldn't give to see the data behind this. In the five years since this was posted there has been no movement in the worldwide EE levels. While we know it's a good idea, we sure don't know how to fix it.

Respectfully, talk about a creepy video. I don't think getting an employee engaged to their work is as simple as this video deems. People have natural interests and disinterests... *Cough Cough* No one in their right mind would be okay with working a windowless officejob for years if you aren't at the top of the workplace hierarchy *Cough Cough*
