Interesting video. I don't subscribe to any particular way. My body and mind suffered with 38 years with many incurable condition. I never focused in healing myself. I found meditation for inner peace. I discovered I have thoughts, but Im not my thoughts. Then I asked who am I? I heard a voice say "perfect spirit.". I knew that's it, all sense of fear about my health dropped away then I knew All is well. I've been healthy for 12+years, my doctors can not explain me. Now, I simply help " others."

Your journey from suffering to finding inner peace and health through recognizing your "perfect spirit" is truly remarkable. It's wonderful that you've chosen to help others now, embodying the compassionate spirit of the Bodhisattvas we discussed in the video. Your story is a powerful testament to the impact of mindfulness and meditation. Wishing you continued health and peace on your path. Warm regards, Peter

A great example of someone who exemplified the Bodhisattva path was the late great Venerable Master Hsing Yun who founded Fo Guang Shan. Their entire mission is literally about bringing communities together with the Buddha’s teachings and Bodhisattva ideals. I attend the local branch Guang Ming in Orlando and the monastic and lay community are just wonderful to be around. If anyone watching this video is in the area, please go to their website and sign up for a temple tour. My friend Peter Meluso holds them all the time. May you all be well.

Buddhism is a continuation of Krishna's teachings: DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU EXPECT OTHERS TO DO UNTO YOU. It produced the first civil society and provided prosperity to the Yadava tribe following in Sanatan religion, 11,000 years ago, as id recorded in Vishnu Purana. After the Kurukshetra war 1500-1200 bc, the Kurus (Turks) from central Asia destroyed the Yadava, under the leadership of the Babylonians, when Semitic Hinduism broke the Indian spine. Buddhism's Boddhisattva was the rekindling of the Indian spirit when non-violence, human rights, rule of law, freedom and liberty enlightened the whole world, when the entire civilized world voluntarily endorsed this Buddhist mindset and created modern civilization.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 U can believe what you want no one stopping you but don't add nonsense things into Buddhism and please provide accurate evidence of your claims. Buddhism emerge from Sramana culture which dates back to Indus Valley civilization. There was 27 samma sambuddhā before gautama Buddha. sanatan is adjective not noun to use as a religion.

At 11 I made a commitment to attain enlightenment. It was easy, as I only lived, as myself and did not join into the material world. I am a conduit, connected to source and serving, as an avatar. All decisions are made with all in mind. I do not do selfish things, that would be too easy. I am more comfortable creating beauty and inviting others to walk with me in it. I am 11 44 Guardian at the Gate, creator in this world during Theta meditation, using CIA Gateway Hemi - sync program, i am loving all that is and all that is not.

the difference between Mahayana Buddhism and Theravada Buddhism is more than big. i search videos about Theravada Buddhism but it’s very rare and i do not know why. I mean Theravada is the source and the origins of Buddhism which have never been edited. Theravada have every details of Buddha when Mahayana have left out a lot. such as 8 rings of hell, 6 heavens, why full moon days are important for Buddhists, how the earth have appeared, beginning of life, the powers of Buddha and many other more. in Mahayana there are Demigods but in Theravada there’s no such thing. Theravada have existed since before Buddha have entered Nirvana and Mahayana started out in the years around Christianity appeared. im really forwarding to see video about Theravada Buddhism. im also very glad that Mahayana have helped Buddhism in many unique ways. ive been though lots of Theravada books and the books about the difference between Mahayana and Theravada and it amazes me a lot. i do hope you’re interested in my comment and if you are, i really hope to see videos about Theravada in your channel by letting the world know more detailed facts about Buddhism. thank you.

There are sasquatch sages, they have much to teach us. They speak of soul, spirit, the interconnectedness of all things, the importantance of respecting the physical body, each other and nature. They also speak of star people, our psychic abilities and the importance of spiritual practices like prayer, meditation, breath work, visualization and focus on the third eye. You'll see there is much more to sasquatch than meets the eye.

The philosophy behind rightful living such as compassion, seeking wisdom, mindfulness, etc is no doubt a good practice that leads to a more loving being. But it does not answer the question of the existence of a creator higher than us. Buddha was silent when ask of this question. I found the answer when I research into christianity. Why? Among all the holy books in the world, only the Bible provides accurate account of fossil timeline i.e creation of living things on earth . The Bible reveals that God exist and who the true God of the universe or the true creator. Example: There are similarities between the sequence of fossil dating and the sequence of creation events as described in the Bible, particularly in the Book of Genesis. Here’s a comparison: Scientific Fossil Dating Sequence: 1. Plants (appear early in the fossil record, hundreds of millions of years ago) 2. Fish (appear around 500 million years ago) 3. Birds (appear around 150 million years ago) 4. Mammals (appear around 200 million years ago, with diversification after the extinction of dinosaurs) 5. Humans (hominins appear around 6-7 million years ago, Homo sapiens much later around 200,000 years ago) Biblical Creation Sequence (Genesis 1-2): 1. Plants (created on Day 3) 2. Fish and birds (created on Day 5) 3. Land animals, including mammals (created on Day 6) 4. Humans (created on Day 6) Jesus pointed that He is the way to solve all the world crisis and there is a new world out there waiting for us. It is up to you whether to believe Him or not. As for me, I have Him as my saviour for all the earthly and spiritual pain that is upon me.😊 John 14:6 "Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

Hi Peter, Firstly, thank you for this video. I have a couple of questions which I hope you can help with. 1. Whilst watching this video you mentioned the concept of “tonglen”. Whilst I didn’t know that’s what it’s called, I frequently get a flash vision when listening to a certain couple of music tracks, in which I am sitting mediating on a beach and the sun is beaming into my forehead but then there is a projection of a light beam going directly above and into space, then it tears the fabric of space itself and is being beamed into other dimensions. After a few times this occurred, I realised that the energy was then being received or is available for those who need a healing energy in real time. Are you able to comment or tell me what is happening here? Is this an example of what you are talking about in that part of the video? 2. Can you please tell me what the background music to this video is? I really find it peaceful and would like to see if I can get it. Thank you 🧘🏽‍♂️

Hello, Thank you for reaching out ! 1. Tonglen Practice: In the practice of tonglen, which is Tibetan for "giving and taking" or "sending and receiving," practitioners visualize taking in the pain and suffering of others with an in-breath, and sending out happiness, peace, and relief with an out-breath. The visualization you described, where energy is beamed into space and accessed by others for healing, aligns with the spirit of tonglen in the sense that it’s about directing positive energy outward. While the specific imagery of energy tearing the fabric of space is unique to your experience, it reflects a profound connection to the universe and a deep compassion to aid others. This type of visionary experience can be a powerful part of one’s spiritual practice, offering a vivid representation of how your meditation impacts the broader cosmos. 2. Background Music: I'm glad to hear that the music added to your experience of the video. The background music used is titled "Drifting At 432Hz" by Unicorn Midnight North. You can find and enjoy it on KZfaq kzfaq.info/get/bejne/feCSgrym1tXcj5s.html. It’s wonderful to hear that this track resonated with you, and I hope it continues to enhance your meditation and relaxation experiences. Thank you for watching and for your engaging questions. If you have more inquiries or need further explanations, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help and discuss these fascinating topics further. Warm regards, Peter

The reason the Buddha did not advance the Bodhisattva path at the very beginning of his ministry - is because it is frought with perils and personality delusions. You should never forego the inner development necessary to have access to wisdom and the right application of compassion. This very necessary personal and inner work of detachment, introspection, and managed desires must be done before the negation of the self, through sacrificial acts, is ever attempted. A supposed act of kindness and compassion, can and does become the very thing that causes the destruction and devolution to the person or thing you are trying to help. Without this illuminated and intuitive sense, you are an irresponsible physician who prescribes a remedy, but does not adhere to the hippocratic oath - do no harm. The best of intentions is not a bypass of karmic law and that even beneficent motivations can have far reaching and negative consequences. The Bodhisattva is a goal of high inspirational attainment. The aspirants who first seek to become a Bodhisattva - have already lost their way in their own vainglorious and heroic imaginations.

You have to temper your giving with discernment. You don’t have to always bend over backwards and self sabotage yourself, that’s just not wise. Wisdom means, knowing when to help others and when to allow others to help themselves. This wisdom we learn comes with experience and time. There are times when it requires you to set boundaries, and if your boundaries are intentionally crossed by others, it is okay to become fiery in order to lay the law. The goal is to be blissfull and virtuous which includes being compassionate, empathetic, kind, caring, loving, grateful, thankful, blissfull, cheerful, honest; but also being strong, prosperous, provident, and focused. There is a balance that must be sought, however it is never advisable to be cruel. For example when raising children or animals, at times you must be stern and instill some sense of fear of consequences or else you will not be respected. There are times you may make mistakes, but in our current state of being human, we can always seek forgiveness and guidance from our higher divine Most High Almighty and the divine avatars and benevolent divine personalities of the Most High Almighty that will aid and assist us in finding ever new joy and bliss. Once we have tasted divine bliss and ever new joy, it’s compelling to want to help others in the best way we can.

Jesus involuntarily was killed and did not die for YOUR sins. Than you pretend to eat his flesh and drink his blood? Gross! If that’s not demonic I dont know what is! In Buddhism human sacrifice is greatly demeritorious-if god saved Isaac what makes you think he would kill his own son? Christuanity is so full of wrong view! What about men being called “bride of Christ”, eunuchs and sheep? This belief system is full of wrong.
