I am a Christian Orthodox from Greece and it is very rarely that I see people here who talk the word of God with a pure heart and not with arrogance and pompousness. You are certainly one of them because your videos bring peace and tranquility in me. It is obvious that God is in you. Thank you for being here and giving us support and guidance.

I see people getting married all the time who could care less about God. and being blessed. I think it's all a matter of faith, looks and character tbh Smh

I am 52 years old, and true love in the human sense has eluded me. I married imo the wrong man, and he abandoned me, and I am not looking forward to spending the rest of my years alone. This is my story and the story of millions. All my life I've heard God has something better for you, tried to do the right things, and somehow got it all wrong. I still believe in God has my best interests at heart, but He has increasingly less to work with in this corrupt world. You can also be married and very lonely, as I was. What I would say to everybody is that marriage is not the answer to loneliness, love is. Make sure your single parents, friends, children, sisters, and brothers, are a priority in your life. A lot of us look to a possible romantic relationship just to have the sense of love and belonging that a family or great friendship can provide. Single or not, everyone needs that.

I think you have a good perspective on all that. Plus, sometimes what seems like a blessing can be a curse. When people get into relationships when they are not doing it God's way, over a long period of time it never turns out well. Sometimes God spares us of relationships we think will be good but over the years they would be terrible. We can trust God because he sees the future unlike us. God bless! I think its best to say he blesses us whether we deserve it or not...because theres plenty of people who dont follow god at all and enjoy a wonderful marriage, finances..ect... Where as those who do follow him live in poverty. So doing what God says isnt a guarantee to be blessed.

Yeah...and if your a wicked person you make good money. You also get people on your side. People dont mess with you. When you are kind, you get pushed around. You are cursed. You suffer from internal health problems if you are kind, even mental issues. But the wicked prosper. How is God blessing his followers if they are struggling and the wicked prosper? Why when I seek God first and have delight in His words my life turned upside down? At first I lost my job, my properties, my money, got sick and still I obey Him and then another trial happened my mother got sick and I took care of her I did what I had to do, I still have my faith but still she died, this left me in debts from her sickness. I don't know what we wrong I think God is so unfair, now that I am 36, unmarried, living alone,making both ends meet I still wonder if God sees all my good deeds I am now losing my faith in Him little by little. I had no success in any aspect of my life, I didn't own anything now. God has nothing to take away from me now except my life which I wish He would because I'm feeling miserable.

I respectfully disagree . Abraham was clearly an Idol worshiper. If God's blessings were based on obedience very few of us would receive blessing . I do agree that God blesses us a little more when we are obedient . I am a perfect example God has blessed me beyond my wildest dreams but I am far from a good Christian . I've been single so long... and want a life mate.... But when I think about being with someone... Is terrifies me... I've grown to like my single alone life because its a safe place to be. I think I'm afraid to be hurt again... Or that a person will not accept me and leave me. I have adhd and have quirks that are unique... I am sick of being cheated

I won't even go on a coffee meetup if a man isn't a christian harsh I know but it's wasting you're time if you're with the people that aren't sincere And it's hard to tell because people can tell you what you want to hear.

Sometimes God maybe testing your faith and to see whether or not you are ready for his blessing ... And sometimes what you or l may think is a blessing now may be a curse later

People need to stop thinking that pleasing God = earthly rewards. Some of the people who love God the most, who are the most pleasing to God, are the ones who seemingly are not being "blessed". This is because a lot of Christian doctrines have been contaminated and are misleading people. Do you really think that the martyrs, the saints, those who suffer daily and still bless God's name aren't a lot more pleasant in the eyes of God than someone who is a happily married Christian in the US, whose concerns usually revolve around little things like how to decorate the living room, what to make for dinner, what to wear for Church? Look at Jesus, one of the most difficult and painful earthly life someone could have experienced, a heavy cross, yet He is God's predilect. Look at the thousands of Christians being persecuted and massacred in foreign countries who have been faithful to death and in spite of suffering, in spite of losing their children, their spouses, and in spite of poverty? Are they not doing enough to please God? I find it so saddening and disrespectful towards faithful Christians who carry the heaviest burden of the Cross in this age, to imply that the reason they aren't getting a husband is because they aren't pleasing God enough when there are plenty of people getting married regardless of their level of pleasing God. No, the Bible even warns us that some of the least pleasing people are the ones who get the most blessings on earth, and that is their reward, because the ones suffering and being pleasing to God will get their reward in Heaven. So, we need to be humble and thank God for our earthly blessings but never think they mean we are pleasant to God because of them, in fact, maybe we should get concerned because it might mean we might not be rewarded as much in Heaven (the more attached we are to these earthly rewards, the more concerned we should be). The Bible, in particular the New Testament, teaches us that in this world we actually should expect suffering, sometimes the closer a soul is to God, the more it will suffer. It is even recommended that we remain single to better serve God.

First of all we are not entitled to anything. We are not entitled to a husband, wife, family, money,food,water, blessings, nothing.... If we are blessed is by his grace. No body deserved grace, grace is a gift. We are not entitled to grace eather. U can't expect to use God as if u doing him a favor and expecting to be blessed or else. U have to obey when is not convenient to u personally.

I have always felt, that I wasn't adult enough or mature enough. Deep down I feel I am a little boy, not man enough for a wife. Or to take care of children, even though it is my dream to be a dad. I am 65 now, and it's probably to late now. I have always blamed myself!!

This is me. Married 25 years almost and together with my husband 27 and he just gets up and walks away and never looks back because he's narcissistic and he remarried within a year and a half and I lost everything I ever worked for I lost my company I have no finances I'm barely living off pennies to pay my bills I still have my house but I'm in debt to it so I really have nothing but God and I know I've become so much stronger since this has happened to me. He ended up marrying a non-Christian Jezebel woman who knew I was married and she helped break up my marriage by allowing their Shenanigans II go on.. everything I seem to do is a shut door I need God's help and his Direction and his Mercy amen.. he took my company from me that we built together and that was my future income and it's all gone.. I do not agree with what you just said about living in sin because I wasn't living in sin when I was married to my husband so I don't know who you're talkin to maybe single immature young boys and girls I'm not really sure what you're saying here but I don't agree with it. I also had a Ministry in my home for 9 years and me and my husband walked strongly with the Lord so your information is not connecting to what I went through at all.

To be honest, people are not interested in God, people only interested in God because they think he is the solution to their lives. But in reality there's no real difference between those who claimed to love God and those who don't.

I've asked to get a better job once i hit my 3rd year mark of being there because I was frustrated with my coworkers and feeling like I wasn't going anywhere with it. I also wanted something more flexible so that I could pursue my dreams of what I felt led to do. I even asked dor more money because it seemed like I didn't have enough and was living check to check. My love life has been so hard so I don't even ask for a boyfriend or husband. God assured me that he'd excel me and give more money, but the question still stands... when?? I've just been in a place where I'm trying to sit still and build back up my trust again and I just don't ask for much anymore. The fact is that we can ask God for things all day, but we won't get anything unless it's His timing and will.

To add to this God wants us to be good stewards of what we have if we cannot align priorities and take care of little things why would God bless us with more he gracefully blesses us even when we do not deserve it but I think he's also calling us to do more when he blesses our lives with more not just stay the same further his kingdom by lifestyle words and actions as much as possible.

I know that parents or, even, a lover may punish the other party or withhold something from them, but even if they just don't get it or respond how we would like, and we see them reaching a breaking point, we step in and stop the punishment as we don't want them to "break." I'm not sure God steps in; if you don't get it well over the edge you go. I've been hoping, waiting & praying for a decent job over 23 years now and still nothing. I've applied for a lot of gov't jobs, even did gov't entrance exam & scored 4th highest mark but still nothing. When one retires from these jobs, one gets gratuity payment & pension. I applied & tested (made over 90%) in different facets of police service but nothing. I've worked with people who are in the service now, and they can't read, write properly. Basic salary in police service is like $10,000/mth & perks. So, when I lose faith & question things don't blame me. I try to live a decent life but that doesn't seem to help one bit.

God doesn't "give" us relationships, money and new houses, He expects us to go out and hunt them down ourselves. We can only have these things if we work for them. I don't have a girlfriend at 30 but that's contingent on my own ability (or lack thereof) to successfully keep the ship afloat, not God withholding it.

Mark, I hope you consider this in all your videos. Please be careful to not to over simplify why the Lord does what He does. I think we have to look at the whole of scripture and see examples of why God made those wait in scripture. The only 2 people in all of scripture that nothing negative was said about them was Joseph and Daniel. They were both sinners too but God made them wait. In fact more than most and they were in obedience to the Lord. His ways are higher than ours and making us wait is always directed at God wanting us to teach dependency on Him. Not everything is simple and has an answer. I've found as I've gotten older and my walk with the Lord that I really don't know a whole lot. I thought I did but I have a long way to go in my walk. I'm in no way criticizing your videos, just a gentle reminder that we who have the gift of teaching and discernment of the Word of God need to be careful not to over simplify things that may seem easy or seem to have a direct answer in scripture. Some things are much more involved and everyone is unique and special in the eyes of the Lord. Blessings!

If She & I are or aren't meant to have children, I accept GOD'S choice to not grant She & I children. Erm so your homeless and need a home, how is that not good for you? Your car is a pile a of trash and it’s costing too much on repairs, which stops you buying a second hand car, how is that a blessing..it makes no sense when certain things we need not to love but out of need, and God refuses to help..that makes no sense to me!...does God know that there are people living in poverty, people starving, homeless, yet there are people with more wealth than they need..God has so much to prove...people start to lose their faith because of Gods silence in their hour of need!,

We are not blessed by having more faith or believing in God more but that of knowing that we are already blessed because of his son.
