The Answer is because Fans HATED it. WBD was counting on Hate Watching to get a Second Season Green Lighted and it didnt happen.
The Series featured an Adopted Son of Batman who Hates Bruce & Carrie Kelly who put together a group of Misfits to Clear their Innocents of the DEATH of Batman/Bruce Wayne. Along with co-stars Spoiler aka Stephanie Brown, Blue Bird and Joker's Daughter to name a few.

I still can't get over the Happy Meal-tier Batman mask, they didn't even try. There is much dumb stuff in that show, but that one takes the cake for being the absolute stupidest. That mask makes the Batsuits from Titans and Batwoman look GOATed in comparison and that is an achievement.

You put the *Titans* Batsuit among the worst ones? I mean, I'm a massive *Gotham* fanboy but I have to admit that the Batsuit from the last episode didn't look as good as what we saw in *Titans* , I think it was the last episode of season 1... The one from *Titans* is a league above the Batsuits from *Batwoman*, or *Gotham* IMHO

Definitely the show. While the woke stuff is apparent in the game, (not 100% woke, but even a blind man could see what's there), and some characters are turned on their heads for the sake of "the story" (Talia should've been replaced by Nyssa, and preferably not sucked in the game, regardless of which sister it ended up being; and Bruce got shafted on so many levels, including but not limited to: character, motivations and writing.) However, the gameplay is decent enough to where you want to finish the game at least once (not Arhkam series quality, mind you), and despite the overall writing of the Gotham Knights Game, the Bat Family *_felt like the Bat Family._* Would I recommend the game? Only if you know what you're getting into, AND if the game is at a big discount.

I have only watched 10 minutes of it, and I hated those 10 minuts it. The way they changed my favorite Robin Carrie Kelley made me hate this show, and it's what you said about her change. To make this her first (don't count Titans' since it's an uncredited cameo) live action debut pissed me off.

The largest issue with writers these days is they honestly believe they are making clever commentary on issues in the world, but they only make changes for the sake of pissing off the "other side" out of spite. Combined hundreds of billions have already been lost in the entertainment industry and it's still falling all for "modern audiences", when 80% of shows only exist to piss off the other 95% it's just a recipe for the industry to collapse if changes aren't made.

I legitimately forgot this show existed. Probably because it flew in the face of everything Batman fans know and want (Batson OC that is none of the established characters, none of the villains were gonna be present, just their children, shitty costume design, no sign of the wider bat-family, show looked horrible) and I wasn't even angry, just confused.

Besides the Characters Gender talk, white guilt complex, police brutality imagery, stealing is fine, rich is evil, grooming Is OK and white people are villians etc. Once all that propaganda is out of most episodes. What are characters personalities actually like? All they did was use twitter buzzwords. Finger wag the audience and ran around never acting like Heroes. I would rewatch the show, but im worried I might die of boredom. The characters are hollowed reflections of the empty writers souls.

Superman and Lois first season was great, second season fell with Ally plot. third season is better then Second, Bruno stuff was great. They setting up Lex for cliffhanger to season 4, i am kinda bummed by the budget cut. Like use Garbage Knights Budget to add to Superman. XD

Gotham Knights I don't really who it was trying to appeal to. It's not appealing to kids who like Batman, it's not appealing to adults that like Batman, and overall doesn't look like Batman. The show feels like a parody of what people think low budget CW does with superhero IPs

I have pretty low expectations for CW shows, but I liked Gotham Knights. It was a guilty pleasure. The show had its flaws, and it made me roll my eyes more than a few times. But it was ok. I Ignored the fact that all the actors were like 5’5” or shorter, and looked like they couldn’t beat up a middle schooler. The only character I hated was Harper. She had too much of a victim mentality. She was too woke

Batwoman lasted three seasons and when you think about it kind of did revolved around just her trying to turn her sister good then the second batwoman tried to arrest Alice then they turned good then the last season Ryan wilder batwoman verses her brother who became the new Joker

Why did they even keep the show when a lot of stuff was getting the axed by the new management ? I just gave up after a couple of episodes and I don’t miss it . I’ll watch Superman & Lois on Tuesday and skip the rest of the season of G.K.

No matter how you swing on the topics, your statement of it "falling under its own weight" is incredibly accurate. We've already been through this same song and dance about social issues disguised as characters and frankly, its gotten a bit stale. The one valuable thing about DC is its character's unique personalities, so if you trade that for mouthpieces, you lose that one hook. What's funny or rather kind of frustrating for me is that they could have faithful renditions of the characters and still present whatever issue the author wants to get off of their chest if they just dug a little deeper into the treasure trove of lesser known stories and introduced the world to something other than the same four or five characters we've already seen a million times. This is literally what Marvel did and why Avengers was such a fresh take on the superhero genre.

We need a Batman show that is one part Daredevil and one part early seasons of Arrow. Oh, and actually has Batman in it… as the lead. And no woke crap. Superman and Lois had a tiny bit of woke in it, but not so much that you have to suspend your perception of reality to enjoy the show.

If you remember the debate between Lois and Kyle about the "living wage" and the fact that Sarah is more or less a bisexual. Considering the Arrowverse came to an end with the last season of Flash, a connection to those shows wouldn't have saved Gotham Knights, not to mention that they were anything but good themselves. I haven't played the game so I don't know a whole lot about that, but from what I've heard, it wasn't a huge hit either.

Nothing could save that dumpster fire of a show! No way would I ever watch a show that in any way promotes this woke bull-crap that they've used to divide us. I wish people would do the same thing for Disney and their new show, "Proud Family". Which I know Luke would never support because he actually has common sense. This is what we need more of... The People seeing that we have the power to stand up against these crazy people. Remember, with great power comes great responsibility.

Say what you want about Damian but at least he had an interesting premise in regards to being raised by assassins and being sent to live with his dad who has a no kill rule

Once all the dc shows on the cw are gone the cw’s viewer base is going to drop hard. I’m glad Superman and Lois got renewed but once that show ends the cw is fucked

I don't think you need a 15 minute video to explain this. I can do it in three bullet points. 1) POOR CONCEPT 2) POOR WRITING 3) NO BUDGET . Dumbest concept ever, not a single character resembling their comic book counterparts, along with characters that no one has ever heard of combined with people who couldn't write themselves out of a wet paper sack, and the worst Batman mask ever with a budget that limits the crew to shopping at thrift stores for their RLRP on TV.

I'm so glad it was cancelled, though it should have been cancelled sooner based on the first trailer. That trailer alone killed the show for me, though hearing everything else beforehand didn't help at all. Thankfully, Superman and Lois has been renewed for a fourth season, and that's one of my favorite shows ever, so that's great news!!!

Very good news. The trailer and pilot killed the show for Me. Also all the info we heard during production was a train wreck waiting to happen. Sadly it did happen. But maybe it won't happen again? Fingers crossed

I did production news occasionally and one review in the Spring. That got removed by KZfaq. I'm allowed to celebrate thier demise. Didn't give them a platform.

Jensen Ackles is a good choice, not just because I think he did a great job when he voiced him in Long Halloween, but he is old enough and can play a pretty good Bruce Wayne. The biggest issue is we have Robert Pattinson playing the Dark Knight. It will just make things too confusing

Honestly surprised it lasted this long to be honest, I do remember watching the trailer only once and afterwards I was like, that was one time too many and to be fair I never gave it a second thought. If they really did care about doing a Gotham Knights show, then look to the comics! The blueprint is right there! A tv show that focuses not just on Batman, but his partners and protégés that he trained over the years as a well oiled machine as they protect Gotham together as a absolutely badass Bat-Family! But no they went with Riverdale in Gotham! 😂

I really wouldn't hand the win to Marvel for Spiderman. Even though he is a Marvel character, the movie rights are owned by Sony. Both Spiderverse movies have little to do with Disney owned Marvel and No way Home was joint venture so Marvel probably wasn't able to get away with a lot of the stuff they were trying to do with their phase 4 movies. Guardians of the Galaxy 3 is kind of a weird one because it's so drastically different from what Marvel Studios has been putting out recently, it was like a breath of fresh air. Hell it doesn't even have any connections to the current MCU at large. It's just a standalone side story which I think actually benefitted it.

Ignoring whether or not you agree with the message. There is a right and wrong way to do it. They shove it in your face instead of making integrated as part of the story. Show don't tell
