The Cringe's cringe attack montage was brilliant. I feel like since little kids are living through their first embarrassing moments so they might not relate to the idea of getting suddenly assaulted with the memory of that one thing you did years ago which is why it's always nice to revisit old shows and movies that you loved in the past. The humour easily lands better

I don't think the "for my delicious hot dog" joke was just that Gumball was eating a hot dog, the way he said that sort of made it sound like he was calling Hot Dog Guy his delicious hot dog. I'm pretty sure that was the idea behind that joke.

I always loved how the characters in this show don’t rely on what they are. Sarah is an ice cream, occasionally they would have melting jokes but she has her own personality besides being an ice cream. Same with hot dog guy. They would have jokes with them like banana joe has banana jokes, and Hobert has robot jokes. It’s mostly their own personality with jokes about their type of person and I like that.

The bathroom thing, we had a thing like that in my previous school, there were other restrooms, but the problem with them are either their flushes don't work, their stall locks don't work, the restroom smells unbearably like piss, or the combination of two and I imagine since they still have classes, they can't steer too far because the teacher might get suspicious and think we're cutting class or that we may miss something important.

the only gumball song i’ll never forget is “goodbye” from the episode “the uncle”. i know every word and there’s a lot of different factors that make it memorable to me; the fact that gumball looks like justin bieber, the mention of sonic the hedgehog a few seconds after it ends, the fact that his voice is auto tuned. as for the rest of the gumball songs, i agree with what you said in the vid lol. i also kinda remember the one that’s like “we enjoy it while we can we enjoy it while we’re kids”, i don’t particularly like that one though because of how repetitive it is.

I remember one day changing tv channels and seeing an episode of gumball. It was like a fever dream and the only thing I remember about it is that someone ran or drove into a wall that popped up. I genuinely don't have any clue what's going on in this show, maybe i need to watch it now that I'm a bit older xD

I always just assumed they were two different guys. The one without mustard speaks in “The Castle” and I’m pretty sure there were eps after “The Hug” where he appeared. I think they just gave Hot Dog Guy the hair and eyebrows to distinguish them

The funny thing is that Hotdog Guy might have feelings for gumball after The Cringe. In the Episode "The Mess" he was seen queuing for Gumball and Darwin's kissing booth 😅

actually i have a similar situation like in the hug, but one day i just can't take it anymore so i just ask him "uhm, who are you again?". how can i even don't know his name after a lot of awkward situation that happen in the past between me and him, so embarassing

The weird animation of some characters in this show made me so uncomfortable watching it at first, so it seems only right that the cringe humor is there to make you uncomfortable too lol

i think the reason they could see hotdog guy in these episodes and not in that previous one was because not everything has to line up in the gumball universe because it is, in canon, a TV show. certain things just happen to line up with the plot of that specific episode and that's okay IN the lore it's a TV show.
