Day 12 is a big deal. I'm proud of you. Keep up the good work. I'm 2 years sober and I'm not gonna lie and say it was easy because it was the hardest thing I've ever done. Someone told me that any day over 1 is a thing to be proud of. You are talking the steps to better yourself and your at day 12 you got this!!

You're doing fantastic, I'm so proud of you, I'm 3 months into quitting smoking & I'm so glad, I wish I'd done it sooner. Just remember, it's a marathon, not a sprint, & don't punish yourself too harshly if you have a little slip, just reaffirm your intent, take a deep breath & centre yourself. You're a strong person, you've been through so much, I believe you can do this. I can't wait to see your travel vids, seeing you happy & free is such a beautiful thing, you can always tell when you have fallen in love with a place because your eyes sparkle & your smile is 10 miles wide.

Hey dont discount yourself. Remember as long as you get back up and try again you havent lost. You are a wonderful human being. Every day you are sober is a blessing. Remember that. Every day you stay away from your addiction is a celebration. The road is so tough and slipping happens. You are human. You are allowed to falter but you have to get back up and continue on. It is a challenge you have to take 1 day hell even an hour at a time. You are going to be your harshest critic so remember to also treat yourself gently. Your fans we love you and wanna see you healthy. We will cheer you on. You cheered many of us on when we were low. You've changed our lives for the better with your vids now let us return the favor and be by your side in your journey even if its silently we will always want you to have the best health and mindset you can have.

Congrats on the beginning of sobriety. The more important questions as you awaken is, why do YOU think your drank and would up where you were as far as alcohol is concerned. Hopefully, it was just alcohol. You're trying to share but with a respectable following of people , you just can't seem to put your cards on the table in totality. I don't think anyone following you are judging. (I'm a therapist BTW)
