Hawkeye is a character that gets the short end of the stick a lot in Marvel lore. Whether it be in the MCU or in the comics, Clint Barton isn't seen as a powerful character, when he is actually one of the most well-rounded characters of them all. It may seem like he only knows how to shoot a bow and arrow, but there is so much more to this character on the inside. This iceberg video is going to get into the nitty gritty about Clint Barton's past, his differences and similarities between the MCU and the comics, and so much more.
From an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. to a loving dad, Clint checks off all of the boxes that a lot of our favorite Marvel heroes can't. The condescending attitude that Hawkeye receives makes us miss the details that truly matter about him. As Ant-Man once said, "Look out for the little guy." Don't let Clint's lack of superhuman abilities fool you from what he is actually capable of.

After seeing the Barbara Walters special with Renner it’s clear that he doesn’t really act in the MCU and just plays himself as far as his personality goes. Renner is as equally family oriented as Barton is! Love the guy and hope he contributed make a speedy recovery.

I suspect it's why they cast him. Like RDJ is Tony Stark, Jeremy is inherently Clint. It's why he comes off so naturally, but also why he falls in the background. On one hand it's a shame he's lost in the background but, this is how the character is developed. It's where he NEEDS to be.

I'm not convinced he's the "strongest avenger" but I definitely have more appreciation for him than I did when the avengers came out. The Hawkeye show really showed just how good of an archer he is. He's shockingly good and I respect him more now

Clint Burton is already a good Avenger, but Mr. Renner is a tougher guy... is run over by a Snow Bully, he has more than 30 broken bones. Was for a long time in the Hospital.. and after a few months he was walking once again at the red carpet. That's real willpower

In the Hawkeye series, the watch from Clint Wife was found in the ruined Avenger HQ and is up for auction. In the last series, he gave it back to his Wife. On the watch there ist was the S.H.I.E.L.D. Logo... Was she an agent? or just a gift from Clint

At this point, knowing the possibilities of his future, I think the best avenue for him to take in the story is to displace Nick Fury as Director of SHIELD. I know it's a DM hard pill to swallow to say it's time to push out Samuel L Jackson but as a storyline it has genuine potential. To be clear, Hawkeye could never replace Fury as a character, that's impossible. He would have to become his own leader, Like our new Captain America. Different isn't bad, nor is change. It's just hard. A good movie and storyline... It does that.

I have to Admit MCU didn't do justice to lot of MCU characters like Thor, Ultron, Malekith the Accursed or Gorr the God Butcher etc. and one of them was Hawkeye too. when first Avengers movie came out that time i was watching one of my favorite cartoon called "avengers earths mightiest heroes" there i saw how heroic and important Hawkeye was and when i heard he's going to in Joss Whedon's Avengers movie i was super excited to see the character do justice but Joss and MCU really fuck up the Hawkeye character..
