By this vidio can we just assume that there is more fail in the hydroponics farming than success

Sir,, is poly house really needed to grow country spinach and vegetables in hydroponics method. I can reduce capex by using shade nets and no urge in realization of capex. I can sell local super market or organic store. Can I live with or minimise air borne disease? Because of big capex it is not reaching to small farmers and corporates looting money on setups. Can you advise pls?
