I wanted to share with you guys the reason why I recently left my job with a major disability organisation and how ultimately that has proven to be the best thing I have done for my own physical and mental wellbeing . ..
People with disability face many barriers finding and keeping a job and this is my truth about the challenges I have faced . . .
I am incredibly grateful to my business Mentor, Mandy for making me believe in myself again. My words of gratitude will never be enough.

Nina, never, EVER say "I regret". It is our experiences that give us the strength to go in a difference direction. Good on you for going for it!! There are many "non disabled" people who are disabled - they are too frightened to let go of what is slowing eating them up, and making them unhappy. They will come up with EVERY excuse under the sun to say why they can't give up the known for the unknown.

@@ItsaWheelyGoodLifeCrumpton I learnt the hard way, Nina. I stayed too long in a job I shouldn't have. Almost destroyed me. I vowed and declared I would never, EVER do that to myself again. Nor have I. You are succeeding!!

Nina thanks so much for such a raw and honest Vlog. I really appreciate you showing your honest reality, rather than just the shiny parts many Vloggers show. The bathroom situation was unbelievable.....I can't believe anyone thought that was acceptable! And who on earth designed that 'accessible' bathroom???? I think your new business sounds amazing! I can't wait to hear more!

I can’t seem to do shiny all the time. That’s just not realistic. Honesty is far better. I was working for a major disability NGO closely related to the actual disability I possess myself. The irony . . . So glad I left. Life is better.
