What a pleasure to be here once again like old times. Truthfully, I'm quite nervous heh...
This channel ignited my passion & dreams and then opened up many doors for me and yet for a while, I dreaded being here. It stopped feeding me spiritually. Today, I explain open up on why I “left” and why I suddenly had a change of heart.
In a nutshell, I lost my purpose and then felt like I lost my sense of belonging.
Even though I often did feel guilty for abandoning you guys, I never regretted how things turned out. My kids needed me. My mantra I kept repeating to myself was that my children won't be little for long. Now that Isaac is about to start Primary school after Summer and Ayla about to start daycare, I cannot believe I'm actually about to have a little more time to myself. The timing is perfect. The season has come for me to step forward again.
Today I’m putting it out there into the universe that I am making a comeback with zero expectations. I'm happy to start from square one again except this time, I'm starting with experience.
I was just going to start posting here more but figured if I'm going to really start things off again, I'm going to be honest with you all first and start with a nice clean slate.
I'm just happy to be able to chill with you guys all over again and pick up where we left off. Zero expectations. Just love.

K never heard of her. Bubz and Michelle always kept their keyboards to themselves. They created DIY, home made, natural, frugal etc tutorials for those who were looking into beauty (hint that I said beauty not make-up) yes they did make up vids but I honestly was drawn to their creativity on self image

@@carinachen3950 Normally with moisturizer or serum it's better to pat the product onto your face. You won't tug at the skin.

I missed this channel. I remember til this day, you were the first beauty "guru" I have ever watched. I think the first video I watched from you was a nail art tutorial on how to draw strawberries or something, I could be wrong but that's as far as I could remember. You and Michelle are the ones that I first ever watched on KZfaq back when I was 15. I am 26 now. I lived in the US as an exchange student, graduated school, college, worked as an engineer, change major and studying again, got married and planning my family now. But you two were my escape through and through. You are the OG’s. You stayed true to yourselves just sharing your passions and staying classy. And I loved that. So glad you are back here now. You guys were the ones to teach me how to deal with my monolid asian eyes, which then changed to be double-lids and I struggled with them again 🤣 You really are like big sisters to all of us. Bubbi, I started watching your videos when I was 15, and I'm now 23. I used to watch your everyday makeup looks, hairstyles, etc (I remember your dance cover of Gee by SNSD. So cute!). I always knew that once you got married and became a mom, you would have less time for this channel, if you continued it at all. There is really no reason for you to feel guilt. You have been living your life, and we are happy to see your family healthy & happy. Even if you only create videos once in a while, or if you were to stop all together, your videos here on YT have positively affected so many people's (young girls especially) lives, and you should be proud of that. :)

I can’t believe I’ve been watching you since high school and now I’ve been out of University for a while! Your vlog channel is wonderful, but it is so nice to see you on this one! You always had a special way of being so positive and lifting my spirits. We will love you no matter what kind of videos you do, but I do have a couple requests! 1) Could you do a video about taking care of your skin in your late 20’s/early 30’s? I’m approaching that age, and I don’t know what to change in my skincare routing. 2) Could you do a budget/time saving skincare video? I would love to have a 16 step skincare routine, but I don’t have the time or money for that. I would like your recommendations on the bare minimum to do. Thank you for being you!!

I started watching both Bubz and Michelle back in 2010/2011 when I was a 13-year-old in middle school. I would try to recreate their makeup looks with the very little makeup I was allowed to have. Now I’m 21 and in college 😭 Time has passed and I still really love them both so much 💕 Can’t wait to see what’s next and I hope one day I can grow into a strong and beautiful women like the two of them 🥰

Addie Musrep it’s because her children are in her vids. She’s talked about it once or twice but KZfaq has started disabling comments on channels with children in videos so that there are no inappropriate comments 😔

It's okay Lindy! I'm definitely not the same person I was 10 years ago, so I know that applies to everyone. Those days when you did beauty and parody videos were fun, but I also like the person you've grown to become now :) You show a lot of wisdom through your vlogs and your book. If you're looking into creating more content on this channel again, maybe you can start doing more self-care/motivational/inspirational videos like some others have suggested in the comments. I just find your advice/thoughts on different life topics to be really helpful, and I know many others feel the same way. Of course, you're free to put whatever on your channel! Maybe you can do a fun video with Tim again! Anyways, I hope you and your family have a wonderful day!

I've literally been watching you since I was 11 and I'm 21 now with my own child, it's honestly very rewarding to have one of the most beautiful beauty gurus inside AND out be my biggest makeup/hair inspiration all throughout my preteen and teenage years. It's a formidable time in life for a girl and to have someone as wholesome and kindhearted as you to help guide girls in the social tech age we're in is a true blessing. You were one of the OG's; you made videos about inward beauty as well and that's something I wish was as prevalent and sincere as it was when your channel was poppin', when it was just about makeup and letting the inner beauty of your heart shine through, no drama or "tea" or, quite frankly, bullshit. Thank you for the love and inspiration and true golden hearted ness you've always put on KZfaq, you really deserve credit for being one of the originals and one of the most sincere beauty gurus to be a pillar in this (rather large corner now lol) of KZfaq history. Well now im going to cry. Been watching your vids since i was like 9 bubz (im 17 now)! I still love you just as much as I did back then, though I dont keep up as much anymore. This made me look back as well, since your old videos connect with a certain nostalgic part of my life. You're one of the first youtubers I've ever watched, along with Michelle. I remember watching the same 5 vids like everyday for months bc they were my favorite xdd. I'm so happy to see you back. Life is busy now for many of us, who used to make time for each other easily back then, but it's amazing how we can still come together again and reconnect like this

This video was awesome. I remember Bubbiosity. I got a bubbiosity T-shirt! How long have you been on youtube? I feel as if I've watched you for 10 years at least, maybe more, and I'm 23. I grew up watching your videos. My mom didn't know anything really about hair or makeup, so I learned everything from watching your videos and others like them... braiding then french braiding, highlighting the inner corner of the eye, how to use eyeliner, etc. And then moving on to Bubzvlogz and watching you and Tim get married, then baby Isaac and finally baby Ayla coming along. I've always loved your videos and how real you keep it with us - unafraid to talk about personal things like relationship problems, how you were managing with your book and having writer's block with it at times, embarrassing moments, or this video. Thank you for staying real with us and making us feel like you're not showing us your life but sharing it with us.
