1. Recreate yourself -fear of giving compliment to people , -For max acurticy Refream yourself =for stress change your thought , 2. Read 3. Send oxygen ,relax stomach and meditate for a bit 4. Not every one is confordent about giving exam -Max marks for exam 1. Solve hard sum-undwr high pressure you are to focus , to get answers , then start solving easy question bcoz subconscious mind will definetly find for answer 3.prevent checking in exam - write about your thought n feeling -face your fear -write your backup plan - finish paper so early so , use chakers use calculator only it's required The more you sweat and practice the more you win - proper sleep -low your stress - don't make conceptual mistake by reading small line -understand and read the question -respect to every question -read far, and see previous mistakes

I am in 3rd year and i am just giving this year exam to experience a little..i get nervous and overthink way too much..my concept are not clear..not even 1%..i just study before exam and somehow scored descent cgpa..but next day if u ask me about that concept i couldn't answer ..i know need to start from scratch but i am still getting scared of the upcoming exam.
