Sometimes I sleep 5.5 hours and most of the time 4.5 hours but whenever I study or learn or do new things i remember it pretty much.but my father used to call me at 7:00-7:30 in the morning daily because they don't know I wake up regularly till 3:00-4:00 am so to wake me up they call me and sometimes I miss the ring and have to call them after I woke up. So what I am trying to say that you can take 4-5 hours of sleep if you are used to it unless you don't force yourself to sleep for a minimal time and yes it should be a quality sleep like I said ( i can't listen to the ring)
