Hey Trudy! Firstly, use a wooden spoon to cook your oat. Secondly, it healthier to eat cooked oat than raw. Finally, oat after cooked can be mixed with fruits esp. Berries, Bananas, dried or soaked raisins etc.

Hey Gertrude! With my oatmeal, i mix it with water, and I stir and it holds up and I start adding up milk boil together for about 10 minutes on low heat . Sprinkle honey and chopped strawberries 🍓 and serve with Nescafé tea ☕️. Yeah yeah 😊😊😊😊

Here in the USA we put a pinch of salt while cooking. Brown sugar and cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg( optional ). Yum you can do a lot with oats, you can have oatmeal raisin cookies. God bless

I pan- roast my oatmeal sometimes to get a nutty flavour, then make my oatmeal with a pinch of salt and Oatmilk, after it has summered for a few minutes. Then I put a dash of tea- masala for that beautiful scent or i pan- fry diced apples, a dash of oatmeal- spices, some sugar to caramelise, and then top over my bowl of oat- porridge. Delicious! Sometimes, sliced banana, blueberries...any fruit..💞

Oats as granola is one of my favorite, my auntie used to make it at home in the oven.

You do not need to put salt in oatmeal! It tastes good without it! I eat oatmeal with fine brown sugar & cinnamon & milk. I also put a little butter or margarine in it 😋 for taste. Of course you can garnish oatmeal with any fruit of your choice: raisins, berries, pineapple....Enjoy! We ladies are always late because we have to fix our hair, make-up...Knowing this helps us to eliminate these fixer -uppers when TIME IS CRUCIAL! My prayers are out to you!

@Miss Trudy original well prepared oats, you add a pinch ofsalt, milk then honey or sugar. It's not just in Ghana, am from Kenya. You can top up with fresh strawberries, bananas or dry fruit.

Put your passport in a passport cover. Maybe you can get a Kenya passport cover. That way, they can put the stickers on the cover and not on the passport.

oat it’s super healthy. I make granolas with it in summer. In winter , I cook it and eat it with milk. Last time I made cookies with it 😅 not because I love it so much but because I know it’s healthy. And yes I do add salt to my oat too even though I’m not from Ghana lol maybe it’s a west African things 😆
