I've been following your channel for a couple of years, and I love your content, I like it even more when it's not the content that KZfaq obviously pushes, but the one full of your real observations about the techniques and products you show. Obviously I'm not a professional artist, I just like to draw as an amateur, like many here, but I really enjoy your videos. Happy to see your new content when you feel that you have something valuable to tell us and when your life and activities, which are the most important thing, allow it. I've always enjoyed your channel. I think this is a good thing. I mean, now that you can forget about the algorithm, you're pretty much free to create anything now and just do what you enjoy. Happy holidays.

Hey Alexis! First I want to say have an amazing Christmas! And I completely understand the YT and life situation. Sometimes things in real life require all your energy and attention. And as for KZfaq, finding a balance between what "gets views" and what you REALLY want to post is always a constant struggle. And when you post for a long time without stopping, burnout is inevitable. But I'm glad the break has given you new energy and excitement for future uploads. You are doing great and these things are normal. I'm very proud of this hard working women right here ❤❤❤😊

It’s lovely to see you! I can totally relate to all of what you’ve said; burnout is very real and I’ve had some difficult times with it myself this year. I’m not even going to school, haha…..that’d make things SO much harder. Happy Holidays and I hope you have some fun over the next few weeks. 😊❤

Happy holidays Becky:) I definitely missed reading your comments! I think there is a point after several years of consistency on a channel when burnout strikes in one way or another. I've heard of it happening with a lot of youtubers so at least we aren't alone when we struggle with it haha! thank you as always for the everlasting arttube friendship

I’ve heard several other KZfaqrs talk about the pressure, the algorithms, and it causing them more stress than joy. You always need to do what’s best for YOU! We enjoy your content and if and when you decide to post again, we will be here. Have a Merry Christmas!!

Never be discouraged. I'm telling you right now. Move on with it, that is how you grow as an artist. You will lose the moment you feel discouraged by people telling you your art sucks. Well, guess what, buttercup, your art will suck, your life will suck, and almost everything around you will suck. So, what? Creativity, especially art, is never a clean slate. Feeling discouraged is normal, that is the life of an artist. Again so what? Your stroke is messy? Learn from it, make it unmessable. Your video will suck, so what? embrace it. learn from it, study, and make it better. Remember, you're an artist and your mind is the only limit. 2024 is coming, and there should only be one resolution for you next year: Remove the word IMPOSSIBLE from your dictionary.
