Absolutely! that what I try and explain to people. kinda DevilZ esque (if you've watched wangan midnight, itll make sense) in the sense that its a raw car that will surprise you what it'll do, weather you have a B swap or a K swap. Mines a B18B and its the love of my life honestly, and I dont ever see myself selling it, its just so raw of an experience and surprised me when I managed to pick er up for 3k last summer

It's kinda insane nowadays but in a few years it will be there I say it, astronomical.. In my honest opinion, the EG Civic is the perfect blend of old school rawness whilst still having a modern touch and feel without comprising in size and shape😬

I bought my EG brand new in 1993. I still have it as my every day car for 27 years now. Clay, yours is right hand drive just like mine. However mine is a carb. D15 5 speed, really slow compared to yours..lol Greetings from sunny Jamaica.

Love the content, I dont think there is anything better than the simplicity of a honda, been through so many cars from mild to wild, but the hondas are incredibly simple yet so effective. Fun factor vs cost nothing comes close

Love your EG. She a beauty. I know the feeling of raw driving in the Civic. I miss my EG hatch, my EJ1 is more raw w/built NA B-18. Planning to switch to K and put the B on the side til i get another's EG for street/show. Great Video 🏁🍜🍶. I'm from 🇺🇸.

Nice car mate! I've got a EG hatch too with a K24A3. Did the conversion, wiring & tuned it myself with KTuner. Mine is the VTI model with sunroof and I have working air conditioning! I went with CRV 5 speed gearbox as I plan to go AWD, E85 + turbo as soon as funds allow! When we get some nice weather up here in QLD I will make a video and share!

Great video and clean looking EG! One little tidbit, wait a few seconds and prime your fuel pump prior to starting the car, you don’t want a dry start.

K series engines aren’t native to the EG civic, only the generations after like the EP and FN civic so yeah a high performance swap

Thanks heaps Nick! It is the most powerful naturally aspirated engine built by Honda for the Australian Market. The K20Z1 in my EG came from a late model 2005 DC5 Integra Type S paired with a 6-Speed Close Ratio LSD Gearbox amongst other bits!

@@ClayWong 172/182, 225 F1/R26 and 250/265/275 Cup/Trophy. If you want NA keep it at the 172/182/200 level, for turbo the 225 is like the last bastion hot hatch for a raw experience while the 250 onwards are much more modern. Personally I have a highly modified 225, check your emails. :)

Lol clean eg's goes from €10k and above. Your cheaper to get a integra with k20a already in it. 😂 When I was a teenager you could buy them for like €500. I went with a crx for €1200.
