Highly Recommend Tampa Bay,FL if you want the same vibe as LA. If you want more Humble community, I would highly recommend DFW, TX over Austin TX. I’m from Texas and me and my wife have the same plan. We go up to Michigan for summer and Fall, than we come back to DFW for winter and spring. - I hope the best for you in near Future

Well it seems like he's not comitting to living there completely yet since he's also going to be in florida during winter season. Florida seems like the best tbh. But I've never been to texas so I can't say for sure

Of course, it’s an issue w/ most major cities and I’m not ready to move to a small town. Splitting time between NYC and Miami so I get the best of both worlds 🙏

I have friends there (trying to get out) that don't feel safe.....I just hope Alex isn't following or trying to mimic Jose's journey.....he mentioned he isn't ready to be in small city, well, one has a lot of other options besides NYC. I use to love the Big Apple, but I will not be taking my family there anytime soon....cheers my friend.

I'm super glad you addressed some of the issues many people tend to brush under the rug constantly like the homelessness and lack of safety aswell. Not to mention the cost of living being absolutely ludicrous. I wanted to move to LA after high-school to pursue music and I'm so glad I didn't.

I understand getting that Groundhog Day feeling. It can happen anywhere with any career. Pre-pandemic, I worked downtown. I went places. I did things. When we began working from home (which has now become permanently remote), I leave my house for random errands and such, but spend a TON more time at home. I'm sort of stuck here for a few more years. Enjoy the change.

this video made me sad but in a good way. It's crazy that your moving to New York and then Miami and probably not moving to LA again. I'm stoked that we will be able to see new content but also be sad that the OG LA alex will move along and leave to another state. bro you have made yourself into a fire content creator while living in LA but it's always time for those who want a chance to be somewhere else and have a different environment then the same. Everyone have new chapters in their lives, and just like me I'm gonna be moving to Dallas in the next 2 or 3 years for Trucking, and later Los Angeles working with my uncle in the Acting business since he already established in the business for over 10 years. I will eventually get a place NY, but Miami(South Beach, Aventura, biscayne will always have my heart for thr culture tho) I'm done with this place I need to leave the negative south Florida energy behind and start moving into areas that have many activities that I will eventually adore and meet people that have a open positive mindset.

Alex, I've been impressed with your sense of style-your channel is unique in how it has helped guys. Wow, your subscriber base is enormous! Good luck in NYC. I follow real estate there, both rentals and purchasing. Yikes, good luck getting decent housing! Your expectations have to go down considerably unless you live outside the metro area. If your home is your studio then you COULD live outside the city.

But I'm glad 4 you for moving on everyone need a new start somewhere and yes I hate being complacent aswell which is why many of my college peers either come to me talking about their same issues, going to the same clubs, etc. I just need something fresh and keep me active and moving.
