EDIT: FALL DMG FIXED (now we take dmg again. So it was a weird bug lol) - 00:00 to 00:13 New option on PTR: Tilt-Based camera zoom: Looks down and gain a a significant extra fov. (some SS at the start to show the difference in war situations)Option under, settings/ game/ camera. - 00:13 to 1:00 Trying to explain this:With Free Camara on you can't modify your dodges trajectory anymore. This applies to PTR and Live. If you turn Free Camera ON on PTR that option will be carry to the Live server. Can't modify dodges trajectory affects mainly to light players, but it could apply to any load (medium and heavy also can modify the dodge trajectory easily since S3)But particularly for melee and range players, If you can't modify your dodge trajectory it makes you a easier target to shoot because you are going to doge always the same distance and and as soon as your started your dodge people can just flick/predict the shot to your final position, and you can't do much during the dodge recovery frames. This is a basic thing in FPS games but for how NW combat works, it applies where too.(maybe less extreme because you can't be one shot but you are taking unnecessary dmg that could be lethal) - 1:00 to 1:22 Example of how looks like some of the dodge technique that people use related to the dodge trajectory to dodge bullets like Neo when there is a bunch of range shooting you. - 1:22 to 1:28 Evade doesn't work properly using it backwards, but only on PTR on Live it works fine. - 1:28 to 1:36 Fall dmg removed completely - 1:36 to 1:41 Tether is broken as soon as you cast it if your are wearing Nature's WrathOblivions applies normally. - 1:41 to 1:51 Some idea to use Nature's Wrath.with VG/FS, VG/IG. U can reach 49% empower with runeglass, harnessing, honing, ring, oblivion. - 1:41 to 1:54 Rapier and spear cancel animation/exploit fixed - 1:54 to the end Showing how the slow down frames works for bow on PTR. They fix it remove it from musket and his abilities. Jump after use storm to avoid the slow down.

Great shout with the tilt cam - will have to try it. So much in this PTR, ty for the video. Tested and Nature's Wrath doubles leadership dmg bonus from 10% to 20% on SNS - but seems to break other temporary empowers. For example, the empower from the SNS heavy attack should last 5s (so 2.5s with this armor?) but vanishes instantly. Really good point with the dodging. I used freeform on live yesterday: + you can create distance really quick - you give them your back more often for crits (more of an issue in light ofc) - your new insight -> you can't do dodge hacks

The tooltip of Nature's Wrath isn't very clear, it basically reduces ur temporary empower like to negative values. Things don't expire faster, instead the duration is reduced by a lot, so no matter what, the duration will never be higher than 0 sec. I think FS and IG are the best weapon for it. Hmmm I'll check that sns leadership interaction thanks for pointing it out 🙏 Dodge hacks, is a good name xD (I use 12k dpi with shift dpi on one of the side buttons of my mouse, idk how other people have it configured, but I think in mouse too)

Or maybe they are talking about it? 🤔 Idk I didn't see anything yet, except for Vivalie 🙏, so I made this video :) This is PTR so things may change before S5 release. For clarification, Rune of Helios (FS ultimate perk left tree works fine with the Nature's Wrath chest.

But yeah i actually really enjoy closer up combat wise. If everyone is forced to be close up, then were all in the same playing field. I would personally hate knowing if i didnt play NW like a MOBA im competitively sacrifice playing. Its like in PUBG (my bro constantly wants to play) if youre all in FPP then youre all immersed. If you mix first person with third person you'd be brain-dead to not select a third person view.

the whole new combat system is so broken. cant auto+net shot after a dodge, maelstrom spins once sometimes, dont get bloodlust and reap comes out sideways with the new POV. very bad, and i dont have faith in AGS to fix 1/4th of the broken stuff in the month before the update

Yeah ur 100% right. there are just too many weird/broken things with the new combat xD Let's see how ez to debug it is and how much they can fix before release haha But instead of giving us that system broken af, I would rather keep playing with the current version until they improve that new system for another month or 2, or the necessary amount of time to don't get beta shit again.

use Nature wrath for the void blade build with deep freeze, slow with orb/tether or root for scream but void blade main dmg. deep freeze with ice storm, ice shower and entombed. med build shirking fort build

In addition, Keen vicious abyssal attunement perks on vg, and have cripping/void dmg, hearty ring, . I wanna try as many builds I want but I got no gold to try it. So plz try it for me lol I wanna see the build that I wanna try if it's works or not. .. you can try leeching build or whatever with it tho 😉

Wait i am rewatching so Nature Wrath can be use i most OP range weapon in game? Also can Empowering Fire Ball and EmpSpike from IG proc 20%?

I have clips with FS/vg,ig,rapier,new spear artifact. With all of those dmg is scary. Also the AoE heavy attack with FS (the splash) looks like it applies the DoT too xD U can also use Rune with FS because it works like obli, so it's straight up 20% dmg for FS. IG builds, same thing, and with VG u can have 49% to windchill or spike whatever

Facts xD I'll try to put together a video with some potential builds/ ideas. Some meme and other more serious stuff. The spin to win axe has good potential and the speed can be nuts. For example with hatchet u could be pretty much all the time at cap speed haha GS at 50% haste could be busted too. - With spear, well pretty much the only thing that spear doesn't have is speed and that axe fix it. the most sticky spear build ever haha - A sns Whirling Blade will be kinda mandatory, for a 100% spin to win build. (probably in medium to try to fight more surrounded and proc all the dmg potential of those abilities) Maybe with the health pants and blooddrinker?? 🤔 We'll see haha I can't wait to test all this on live servers. 270 ping on PTR and 10 players online sucks to try to test things 🙁

@@KevOfPeen yeah is the last thing I tested yesterday. With ABS u can proc 8, normal shots I proc up to 8 too. At least for now that haste perk does not have any internal cd, so split nade works very well also xD Just for that it is an interesting combo. BB/GA is super effective in live servers, but not with the spin to win thing haha It could work, but idk if it would be better than the classic version. But fun, for sure. But I'm thinking of playing that GA in medium tbh, to be in more clumpy situations for full dmg, so idk if bb would be the best for that type of build or better just another melee weapon like sns or spear. Not sure tbh, but impossible for me to test it in actual pvp combat before it comes to live servers :/

yea bb ga on live is the best build at getting kills in opr. im rank 1 this season with 67 killgame on east, and in EU the rank 1 uses this build too and got a 95 kill game lol@@ThaCousin

1:54 i didnt fully get it we r slowed after shooting / jumping ? that aint so nice :( + the dodge at the same place looks like a bit of a yikes to me dodging and predicting where the dood was going was part of new world combat deph now its just random in place dodges that feels weird but need to be played to be shure !

Yup, in live if u shoot and run u get the slow but if u shoot and dodge, u start to run immediately after dodge, but that's the case on PTR :/ And about the dodge thing, yeah I think it needs to be available for everyone or for no one, to fight with "equal conditions". And in any case the limitations are on the players hand/experience, but the config turning on or off a single option shouldn't give us suck advantage/disadvantages

Or maybe it is a fair trade off for use free camera, idk 😂 Whatever is the case I will stick with options that allow me to do crazy dodges. But for example heavy point tanks don't really care about it and free camera is a better option anyway.

Fucking lol. Gl. AGS should hire you to find bugs. But ofc we would all cry dirty mascara tears because we want FUN first.

Who knows? But if u ask the devs, they will probably say, "a lot of people". AKA the CEO ?) 😂 I just hope they fix the new bug and weird things with the new combat code before releasing it. Even if that means that we need to keep playing with the old system for an extra month or 2. At least we know the current broken system, I don't want a new broken one haha
