No, I think the X-T4 is better. The ZV-E10 has far better autofocus though, it’s the main reason why I got myself this camera.

For the talking head shots i've used the ZV-E10 and for the overhead shots i've used the GoPro 10.

The X-S20 is fantastic. Much better than the ZV-E10, but nearly twice the price, and I still believe the Sony AF is a little more reliable, but I could be wrong.

Sony ZV E10 hands down. Trust me. Auto focus is way superior. I kinda regret getting the fuji and will sell it soon due to poor auto focus.

I would recommend the Sony 10-18 F4 or the Tamron 11-20 f2.8. The Tamron lens is a bit more expensive, but it’s sharper. On the other hand, the Sony 10-18 has lens stabilization. So if stabilization is important, I would go for that.
