In Ghana, transport fares cannot be increased without the permission from the gov. fuel filling stations can also not been able to increase without the permission from a gov. egency. Traders did some increament but their umbrella body asked them to decrease prices.

Food stuff too expensive in Ghana too

Naija for you. In Ghana some fuel or pump station adjust their station but if you're caught by the regulation agents you'll be fined with a huge cost.

In Ghana people are corrupt as well but not on electricity bill. And they can not usually give you a price tag. Nigeria is too much corrupt.
