Yo, this is my first KZfaq video.
Deleting social media has removed the shackles from my consciousness and the weight off my shoulders.
This is the first of a multi-video series in which I will be speaking about social media and how it is negatively impacting your life.
Subscribe to my channel so you don’t miss the rest of this series.
I’ve got a lot to say.
Peace x

KZfaq feels a bit more 'analogue' though, so to speak. You can get inspired and learn things. Can still easily get addicted though.

@@Hero_Of_Old yes i prefer being addicited to youtube than the others haha. It's definitely more wholesome since i usually watch content that i'm interested in or that inspire creativley. But still, would be even better without the addiction and every now and then i get stuck in reels

I only read what I want. I usually look for videos to watch. I don't spend hours. If I like what I'm watching I will finish it. If not then I will shut it off.

Thanks brother. I’m gonna give you a seemingly really simple and obvious piece of advice, but it’s the only thing that works for me. Just delete it. Delete the apps off your phone right now. Just commit to deleting them now. You may redownload them in 20 minutes or 2 days time. But I think that if you’ve never deleted them before, the biggest hurdle is just simply pressing the delete button. Overcome that hurdle and you’re already halfway there. Give it a shot and lmk how you get on. They don’t have to be deleted forever, it’s just taking the first step.

Yeah man, I’ve been seeing a lot of these kinds of videos over the years. KZfaq still counts, but idk.

100% KZfaq still counts, and it is a cope to say otherwise 😂 however, at the very least, one has the option to use KZfaq as a means of education, as opposed to most other forms of social media where they’re basically just pure entertainment.

For sure, I think a good quote to keep in mind is “the dose makes the poison”. Basically means that too much of anything is a bad thing. Social media isn’t inherently bad, but too much of it is. Same thing with KZfaq.

Also depends on what you use it for obviously. Education = good, trying to fill the void = not as good

So you think the best way to promote a business is through KZfaq or in person? To maintain sanity :)
@TadhgMiddleton
@TadhgMiddleton 6 ай бұрын
I think social media can be used to build a brand personality, but not really to sell products or services (apart from things like clothing/other products people are addicted to buying). It can work from the POV of “throw it at the wall to see if it sticks”, but to me, that is reflective of a business that won’t last because it’s quite a cheap way of promoting it. I think a lot of people are put off by businesses on social media because they know it’s a cheap way to market it, therefore they assume that the product/service of the business will also be cheap in a negative sense. Now, of course, the likes of Primark excels in the business landscape because their products are cheap and mass-produced, but I think most people prefer exclusivity over convenience. But it does depend on the specific business, of course.

To actually answer your question though (lol), yes, I think word-of-mouth marketing is by far the most effective.
