Many people don't realize how time consuming being a KZfaq creator actually is. And if you are posting every week it really is like running a business. Props to you for making it this far, even with everything else you've had to juggle away from KZfaq.

Avocado! Hi Dr Cellini, I'm happy you're not quitting, you are so not the type to quit!!! Good for you taking a break! I appreciate you do content when you already have a full time job outside social media. I know YT, IG all these social media channels are now driven by their 'algorhythms' I'm not a content creator, but they annoy me as a sub/follower! I wish it would stop with that and allow variety from all over! I love your travel videos, but would love to see you and your wife trying new restaurants, favorite restaurants. I know you guys are foodies, sort of? Your take on strange things going on, etc. Any content I'm happy to see it!!! Best to you Doc!!!

🥑 As an aspiring Radiologist, what I've been waiting for on your channel for a couple of years is a real "day in the life" video. I mean hearing everything is cool, but here's what I mean: planning a busy day ahead with a couple of interesting cases and then putting a GoPro around your neck for a whole day doing these cases and comprising it in a 10 minute fast-forwarded video. I know the behind the cameras legal side of it could mean a real headache, but that would be awesome for us all that see interventional radiology as our goal.

Like you did a video on sangria two years ago.😃 Also, I would love to see videos that explain in a little more detail the main interventions you do and their purpose, without going too deep but to understand your job and what is possible to do in IR.... but I am aware that this is certainly not of interest to your whole community. Have fun golfing ⛳️.and of course your break is so well deserved. Take care of yourself

🥑 I can sympathize with burnout because I did that several times while I was in the service. It consumes you to the point of bringing you down and then you start bad habits. Mine affected my sleep which also lead to my being late constantly. In short you take the time you need for yourself and get your head on straight again. You deserve a break to give your mind time to recover. Lastly you can do more meme reaction videos. There are so many out there and taking the time to laugh will help with your mental health as well

Dr Cellini! I am a Cardiac Nurse in Calgary and love your channel. Burnout can be dangerous but it seems you have a good plan moving forward. I love the actual shift videos and how patients present and the outcome although it is tricky with how much you can share. I really enjoyed the last video I watched about the Nursing Home incident and it is helpful to bring awareness to this as it is a common issue. The medical system needs a huge overhaul and the more reasoned voices advocating the facts in a balanced way the better! Keep up the good work. Richard

Appreciate the honesty. It is incredibly difficult to be a doctor (two full times jobs) and then do medical KZfaq (third job). Burn out is real. I've been hard on myself for not keeping up, but it helps to hear that other docs have the same challenges. This topic needs more attention. Thanks for all that you do.

Dr. Cellini, I really appreciate your content! It has given me so much help in preparing for a profession in medicine. I agree that balance is paramount and if you need a break, or to not do KZfaq anymore, I feel like it should always be a much a higher priority for anyone to spend time with family and the nearest friends. If it allows for enough balance in life, though, we'd love to learn more from your expertise. And it's not like we're going anywhere :) (for example this is me watching this a year later) so there isn't a rush to create more. Some content ideas if the time comes: I'd love to learn more about residency spots and the trend of them growing or decreasing. I would also love to learn even more about AI and its current and projected interactions with radiology specifically. I'm currently in medical school trying to decide between diagnostic neuroradiology or neuro-ophthalmology. But also very interested in IR. I received advice from an interventional radiologist that artificial general intelligence honestly could decrease demand for radiologists within 20 years (I will finally finish a fellowship in 9 years, so 20 years is at least relevant). I know you have created videos about this and I have watched them and really enjoyed the perspectives shared. I wanted to see if you would have any updates based on AGI and its effects on the demand and economy of it all. And also some more specifics of the ways AI is improving the field. I'd love to learn about the business aspect of running or owning a practice. I'm almost finished with a healthcare education focused MBA as well and I constantly seek any opportunities to learn about the intersection between managing a practice and increasing the ability to help as many patients as possible by being organized and efficient. Eventually I plan to create a medical school or a residency that incorporates faith into the education. I'd be interested in your thoughts about whether it could be a good thing or a bad thing (of course its nuanced) to create more medical school spots or residency spots (effects on salary of physicians and therefore decreasing the amount of people applying to become a doctor given the sacrifice and debt). And even thoughts about incorporating humanities into medical school education, or the viability of having a faith-based education or practice (like at Liberty or BYU - my undergrad was at Brigham Young University and I loved the incorporation of Christ and religious texts and history/humanities about the human body for example when learning neuroscience or ophthalmology ("the light of the body is the eye" - Sermon on the Mount/Matthew 6), in the curriculum). Creating more residency spots on the other hand could really reach more people desperate for care too. I'd also love to learn more about humanitarian opportunities, like imaging or cruise ship cataracts, etc. for different specialties, a topic that doesn't seem to have been discussed in other videos from KZfaqrs. Again, thank you for creating this awesome channel!

Avocado- I think that using your expertise to the benefit of the widest audience would be best. I would suggest you continue to explain what IR options exist for various medical conditions. For example, I recently saw your video on alternatives for prostate surgery. I can honestly say that I have never heard of any of these and for the hundreds of thousands of men facing various prostate issues, this is great information that they can then discuss with their doctors and or IR's in their area. I'm sure that there must be hundreds of procedures that could be alternatives to surgery or the more radical procedures.

🥑 I enjoy the reaction videos or videos about current medical news because you bring a perspective that I don’t know about. You also present scientific data and research, and I prefer to get my information from someone who knows what they are talking about. I would also like to see some collaborations with other types of doctors and how, as a team of physicians, you work together. For example, how do you and gynecology work together? Or ophthalmology? Finally, I enjoy learning medicine from you. So maybe videos where we can ask you medical questions beforehand and you can try to answer them. I find people have lots of medical questions but Webmd them, and then they start freaking out that the thumb they jammed in a door is a sign of some type of incurable disease.
