I still buy physical copies of all the video games I own. Nintendo completely shutting down the Wii/ds shop was a big eye opener for me that if none of these companies make it or they just no longer see the point in keeping one of these shops open then they can close it and my money was wasted

Streaming is handy, but I do not own it. And if the provider decides to remove it, what say do I have? When reading the tablet or phone does not cut it. But the old kindle was nice, but still not a book.

I've been collecting vinyl for about 7-8 years now, has been fun and will continue to collect vinyl, have collected retro games, cassettes, VHS tapes and some CDs as well over the years. I have found myself doomscrolling through streaming services lately just not being able to decide on what to watch, all the shows I like seem to be divided up amongst multiple streaming services now, tired of it honestly, and like others mention with streaming, you just don't own it and kinda tired of playing the streaming game - luckily have found a bluray player for mad cheap at Goodwill, cleaned it up, and have started buying blurays. Even with the few blurays that I do have, I already feel a lot better when winding down for the day and finding something to watch. Gonna collect all of the Complete Series sets for TV Shows that I enjoy and then move into getting more movies over time.

yeah streaming can be overwhelming sometimes. ive mostly been using crunchyroll the past few months but am getting away from that soon too. collecting more tv shows and movies is a great idea. i plan to make a video of the few i have now in the near future.

@@fruitfulcraven I’ve been using MAX and Prime, mainly cause I’m still sharing accounts on those services. Sometimes can find stuff I like/interested in but it becomes a pain going through all the crap. For now, the only complete series I have is The Office, which honestly is perfect right now while I build out the collection. I only got the DVD version but the quality seems more than fine, don’t think I’ll be getting the bluray version for a while. For Anime, I definitely want to get all of the DBZ, Super and GT series, Naruto + Shippuden, HxH would be nice as well for starters.

Love your channel. I love all media. Cds are excellent value....I have cds from 1990 and they still play perfectly. Have you got painted nails?

Big believer of physical media as lots of stuff gets lost to time dvd prime example back in 2000 you could buy a double disk dvd with so many bonus features and deleted cenes etc you don't get that with streaming same as cd albums bonus tracks etc and when it comes to gaming. Gaming is a art form now days so many beautiful graphics deep story lines ..the last of us prime example but its so easy for games to be removed or servers shut down ..physical media is king
