Switching to the carnivore diet has been the single best decision of my life. Despite following my doctor's advice to feel optimal, I struggled with low energy, brain fog, difficulty concentrating, and even mild depression. It was disheartening to experience these issues in my early 20s, a time when I should have felt my best.
I am incredibly grateful to carnivore advocates around the world. Without the information and support available online, I might still be dealing with pre-diabetic conditions, relying on various medications, suffering from severe acne, and enduring persistent low energy and depression.
My mission is to share this message with others, helping those who are struggling with their health to reach a new level of well-being. For people who want to live their best lives, optimizing their health is the key to focusing on actually living. Let's explore the benefits of the carnivore diet together!

You are spot on, and 100% correct! The food pyramid has been the biggest scam, along with doctors pushing medications just to keep people sick to fuel the big food and pharmacy's greed! I'm so thankful this diet has come out to try and change this! Thank you for speaking out about it!

Welcome to the party pal! New sub here. I look forward to following you on your healing journey. 1.5 years in and never going back. I healed brain fog, gastric reflux, gerd, daily headaches, blocked sinuses, seasonal allergies, mood swings, acne, high blood pressure, lack of energy, sleeping issues, and last but not least, chronic carb addiction which I am forever grateful for no longer having. I am 64 years young and nowadays I feel like I will go for another 40 years. B.C. (before carnivore) I was sure I would die around 70 and I looked forward to that. Now I awaken each and every day and feel awesome!

@@davidmcc6666 Great stuff! Thank you for subscribing. I will post everyday about carnivore and my goal is to give you as much value and motivation as possible!😊 Its really worth it to stay on carnivore, because the benefits will just compound over time. What I’ve done is that I’ve written down how I feel every week. This way I can go back and look at my symptoms and how I felt at the beginning to remind myself that it’s not worth it to cheat on this diet.

I watched the whole video and it's true. I've been through exactly the same precisely the same. maybe some people are just different. but in my case if I started to deviate from eating meat and eating trash, carbs, snacks, and stuff like that my mind gets completely messed up I'm all over the place for some reason as you guys say brain fog it's like my brain has so much fog I see only fog. oh and my skin quality gets terrible and body composition, lovr handles and all, skinny fat. no goals, or have goals but can't seem to achieve them. im 40 and i swear i don't eat fruits and veggies as long as i can remember, my mother murdered me atleast 22 times for trying to get me to eat those things but i never could. i could never handle the smell and texture, always made me puke. now all the people i grew up with, almost all, have some sort of chronic disease like immune disorder, diabetes, high blood pressure or something, but here i am on the road to 41 and nothing. only terrible shit i wanna get rid of is smoking, which i have been doin since 15. i can't seem to stop. well i can, but i dont want to . but im working on it, trying atleast. there is definitely something going on behind the scenes about all this. just recently i went to research on youtube and google to find out about all this meat i eat cuz every 1 keep it's not good but the ones that say that to me are doing sadly so much worse with health, living on pills and all. very strange indeed

Brother, I have body issue like you. How many grams of meat do you eat every day? How do you eat more fat in grams? I am 5' 7" weight 51.5 kg.
@Carnivore-Felix
@Carnivore-Felix Ай бұрын
Hey man, it really depends on what kind of meat it it and how active I am. Usually around 1 kg of beef, but it depends on what the fat % is. Then 5-12 eggs as well. To get more fat, go for fattier meat or then add fat like butter to the meat you are eating. If you really neeed to bulk up, eat/drink dairy. If you drink calories, it will be a lot easier to consume more calories
