Great video! I really appreciate you highlighting the multitasking feature on the Fit 3. It's a big frustration for me with my Smart Band 8 Pro; once I start the timer app, I'm stuck in it. However, the compatibility issues you mentioned with the Fit 3 are a deal-breaker for me, even though it seems to have superior features.

Good thing that you have tried sport tracking features on both of them :)I had smart watch 1 galaxy, and then, xiaomi smart band 7. Samsung is boring with theirs get up notifications, and also it was late with tracking the activity. Both of them are not perfect because that still can't recognize driving vs walking... I prefer xiaomi. My wrist is much bigger 107 kg, 197cm so it fits me well. I like that smart band has all the info that I need on the main screen. I am only using it for pool swimming, for tenperature, time and alarm.... Cheers.

@@TechBrothersReviews Samsung and Apple will never work on others as well as their brands. They are closed ecosystems. Samsung was not like that but lately, they are closer to how Apple is than other brands. In any way, Garmin will always work on both.

@@TechBrothersReviews It arrived today and I must say I really like it! It is very fast and smooth. Of course since I bought it for my wife I had to hand it over to her after I played around with it for about 45 minutes. The Camera Controller App on the $75 Fit 3 worked with my Galaxy A52 which is running Android 14 One UI 6.0 but there is no image preview on the Fit 3, only camera timer and the shutter control button which worked with both photos and video modes on my A52. Not sure if you get a photo or viewfinder on the Fit 3 with higher end Galaxy devices like the S models. Samsung sure is strange when it comes to their Camera Controller app on their wearable devices! I spend $300 on a GW5 and it will not let me take photos and will not even show the Camera Controller App on the GW5 when connected to my A52 but if I spend $1000 on a S model I can then access the app!?!? That to me is not customer friendly thinking to me. I mean there are $25-50 wearables out there that can connect to any android phone and their Camera Controller apps work with any Android phone! 🤔🤷♂

I failed to connect the Galaxy Fit 3 to any smartphone other than Samsung. But I tried it three months ago. Maybe it connects to other smartphones now, I don't know.

Would you still choose The Galaxy Fit 3 over Mi Band 8 Pro? I'm currently deciding between these 2 wearables but haven't decided yet. In where I live they are both the same price. I think compatibility is the most important thing. If you don't have a Samsung smartphone, then your choice is Xiaomi Band 8 Pro.

I primarily consider a fitness bracelet from the side of comfort, but the Redmi Watch 4 is already a watch, and for me it is not very convenient for sports. The Xiaomi Band 8 Pro is also bigger and less comfortable than the Galaxy Fit3. However, Redmi Watch 4 and Xiaomi Band 8 Pro have their own advantages, for example, built-in GPS.

I had the redmi watch 4 and mi band 8 pro, if you dont need built in GPS, I would say FIT3 is better. It just has a lot of options and functions from the galaxy watches, smooth and in general more complete full of options. I returned both of those waiting for the FIT3 wich is also cheaper than the two.@@benedictpayot

The Xiaomi Band 8 Pro has much bigger display than the Galaxy Fit3, so it is even more uncomfortable than Smart Band 8. However, it has a built-in GPS, so it is probably better for sports, such as walking, running, cycling, etc. But I would still choose the Galaxy Fit3.

Why do you even compare this 2, Galaxy Fit3 is twice as expensive to Xiaomi Smart band 8. A better comparison of Galaxy Fit 3 is Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Pro global. that's the same/similar price.

When it comes to the “best” fitness or smart watch, I think the key factor is how well it syncs with your phone. Either buy a brand similar to your phone or buy something that's phone brand agnostic (Fitbit, Garmin). I personally bought the Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 because I have a Samsung phone. Back when I wasn't sure if Samsung will release a fitness watch after Fit 2, I borrowed Xiaomi and Huawei bands from cousins to test the syncing with my Samsung phone and there were some issues with the syncing (so I decided not to go with those brands). Now that I have the Fit 3, I've experienced no such issue - I especially like the media control sync of the watch and I love how I can smoothly operate Spotify from my watch.

Thanks for your feedback. The Galaxy Fit3 really works very well with a Samsung smartphone, but I was unable to connect it to another Android or iOS smartphone.

mi band 8 is very poor in terms of accuracy, for nothing it has a 60hz display, automatic brightness and a metal body if it has imprecise sensors, sometimes it freezes, very poor, I returned it after a few hours

In the case of these fitness bracelets, the weight doesn't really matter. But some watches weigh more than 50 grams or even up to 100 grams, then it is important and worth mentioning.
