Well some would argue that Invincible could very well go around flying through planets if he so felt like it and towards the end of the comic, Invincible wasn't shown fighting due to him being so strong that he didn't need to try against Allen. It was practically over in an instant.

Nova’s power is now the helmet??? That’s one hell of a limitation. When the did marvel change this ? Nova members were imbued with the nova force and the suit and helmet was kinda like a symbiote. It wasn’t alive but it could morph from street clothes to suit & it was durable.

Nova is pretty powerful. He has the strength, speed, durability, energy manipulation, healing , interstellar movement. I can see him winning , however mark is no slouch. Mark have managed to overcome a lot of. It’s a tough one. Mark is more ruthless despite being good. I’d give it to nova since we are talking teen heroes
