theyre at least 2 years away...... but should get us a better price for iron.... as it stands I bet 90% of our scrap steel is exported...

Good to see all those Mk6 Transit’s being used. Rather than salvaged / scrapped. Although spares are always needed to keep the ones going after the engines or bodywork fail. Daniel.

Have you even considered getting a granulation machine for the wire you’re getting? If yes is there a reason for not getting it? Would like to see waste side, exporter sites etc basically where your gear ends up.

offer the tatters less for ali unless they take to unit 2. That might help keep costs down with transport and free up unit 1 a bit quicker.

Hang onto the break discs as long as you want! but it's money spent already, if you sell at a loss then its lesson learnt to not rely on the market so much, as you know its like prostitutes knickers, its up and down. While all those discs are there your using up space that's preventing you taking a shed load more in because you can't sell what you have. No business should ever hemorrhage money but "dead stock is not good stock"
