I love Culver City. It is the secret gem of Los Angeles. FYI: CC also has a very vibrant LGBT community. I lived there for 6 years before I moved to Toluca Lake. TL is extremely sleepy. My goal is to get back to CC and live there again.

Hey Matt, thanks for the videos. I was wondering, do you see any neighborhoods with neighbors and kids outside? It's a ghost town in most of your videos. Is LA just like that? Thanks!

Hi there Its because I usually shoot my videos during the week when kids are at school at parents at work. Yes there are often kids riding makes and playing on their streets.
