I feel like I can relate with the teachings more from you than with anyone else. I love Tibetan Culture, don't get me wrong. But I'm so westernized that I start to feel really alienated because of the cultural difference. Thank you for interpreting the teachings in a way that I can relate to better.

I agree - I feel totally dislocated from western culture and its perceptibility.

This is all so great! It would seem that the role of the teacher is not to give you something you don't already have so you can get more, but to tell you something that makes you go... "A-HA! I KNEW it. Everyone around me was acting as if this truth that seemed so obvious to me was inconsequential, and not worth paying any attention to, but now, these words resonate with me, and point me into the direction I already knew was home"... something like that.

Guy is brilliant ... I SO appreciated his explanation of distinction between thinking and experience ... a stupid misinterpretation. It shed a bright light on behaviors I see. Before I began my "journey" for inner peace, I literally tried to get everything organized according to my preferences and then, tried to keep it that way!! Oh, how I suffered!! I can so clearly see why now ...

His speaking is different than typical "lecturing" or "preaching." It has a poetic quality to it. I always thought the Dharma (truth) is best expressed or communicated as a kind of art, and his is an example IMO. 🙏❤

Everything sounds good but are you sure that this dharma that you are currently concerned with isnt also something that someone and/or some Thing may possibly have the desire too

At 20 mins onwards he talks jibberish. There is no information about his background, and I honestly doubt he even has a degree. The problem with people like him is they don't understand but think talking alot will mask their ignorance.

@@CG-dt1ij Thank you. He has probably been too receptive to input. That's why he's so muddled. The beauty of education is discernment. Knowing what NOT to receive. And that's directed to your comment, specifically.
