She was open and liked many of my DMs. I follow your instructions (not wall of text, not pleading, begging, not playing mind games, quest simply but not yes-or-no questions, etc.) I am sure that my ex fights whit depression as well. She suddenly starts to read my DM but doesn't answer them. I feel that I start to be tired emotionally and thought now firstly, that I will give up getting back together whit her. 😪 I have to be present in my other two relationships as well. What do I do? I just made that mistake early this morning . He posted something on face book last night about something he was going through . So naturally I was worried and messaged to let him know that I was there as a friend and wrote something positive . I wrote it in a way he wouldn't have to reply but I probably shouldn't of sent it. I'm just going to leave it and try not to stress about it. I just replied to your comment last week about active no contact but couldn't ignore his post on face book. He did reply to a message I sent a few weeks ago about something else when I messaged him and he did kind of open up. But he is pretty much hot and cold.

At first he was responding slowly. Even said he needed my help with something. I told him he was treating me like a stranger And I wanted to sit down and have a talk with him. After that he started being distant and even left me on read. I’m trying to return his stuff but he won’t even respond. At this point I’m just going to give it to the homeless I’m pretty sure they need it more than he does. I don’t like being ignored.

I think this may be the case for me but I did not hear you specifically address how to handle this possibility. Do you have tips for that case? Basically my ex-gf and I dated/orbited for 2 years, then for a couple of reasons she said she wanted to just be friends. I got really upset and needy and sent many emotional texts then blocked her. She blocked me. I sent her an apology card that (after she recently unblocked me) she says she read weeks later. We met up recently for a friendly dinner which seemed to go well (she laughed, let me sit next to her, let me pat her back at "congrats" moments, she volunteered talk about her own life and family), but that night I sent what I guess must have been a combo of an emotional text in which she saw a romantic agenda (said she was beautiful and mused about asking her to go for a walk etc next week), followed by too many other texts about what I was doing/asking about her day. I reached out after 95 days NC. I only sent him a gif , he sent me back. Then i sent him a funny joke, he sent me back a joke instantly too. I didn't reply... then he sent me his pet's picture. I sent him my pet's picture in the morning then sent another joke to him.. but he didn't reply anymore. It's been 3 days since he didn't reply. I saw him on dating app for 2 months already. I broke up with my ex 10 months ago and we don't have contacts for nearly 3 months. Since the situation of COVID-19 , I asked him if he and his family are staying safe via email. He replied me once but then never replied me anymore. I sent him some medical stuff like face masks, but he still keeps silent even though the package was signed by him. Exactly what I've been going through for 5 months now! 3 yrs living together, dumped via text, name smeared, blocked on social media, telling me she wants to work it out then adds 200 local single guys on social media, won't give me my stuff but wants money weekly to the tune of $1,000 to $1,500 a month.
