Why Novak is the most HATED player out of Federer & Nadal!
Novak Djokovic is undoubtedly one of the best tennis players in history, if not the best. Still, his career, especially during the last few years, has been plagued by controversy and he never received the kind of love and respect that Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer have enjoyed, despite his enormous success.

He is hated because he is Eastern European and the Establishment do not want him, as the best player in the history of tennis, the West want their champions to keep their fake image of supremacy, their control and manipulation over people, the hated against Djokovici comes from political reasons and mass media lies, now Djokovici did some things that he shouldn't have done, but so did Roger and Rafa, but only Novak is attacked, Rafa entered Australia even though he was covid sick and has no medical exemption, Roger also hit a person with the racquet and he wasn't disqualified, he was also disrespectful to Novak familly, and both Rafa and Roger had anger moments and heated arguments with the umpires but only Novak is criticised.

Agreed. As much as I love and respect Federer and Nadal as well, Federer is known to have a carefully cultivated PR team for his image (gaining him great sponsorships), and Nadal sometimes almost feels robotic in his interactions. Djokovic has many of the biggest flaws, showing frustration and anger, but he also feels the most genuine and kind towards his fans and fellow tennis players. He just feels more real and open about who he is, and stands by his principles always.

Nadal is a lying disrespectful player who never bothered to learn proper English, and Federer took image marketing to another level. I must say Fed always provides very interesting interviews, you can't train this. But I started to like Djokovic after he stood up for the players interests, where Nadal and Fed did everything they could to protect their own interests. You are so right about this. It's the PR disaster. Roger was extremely hateful when he started losing to both Nadal (whom he called a one-dimensional player) and Novak (mocking injuries, saying lucky shots on losing match points). But somehow his PR team did a better job. Nadal, at one point always mentioned his injuries after losing. It's like Nadal never loses, he either wins a GS or is injured. But his PR team did well. In reality, the fedal fanbase's combined opinions don't matter compared to what the past players (Sampras, Agassi, Roddick, or current players Zverev, Tsitsipas, Medvedev, Thiem, Shapovalov, or even Kyrgious have to say about Novak - Nothing but all praise.

I think Novak is outspokenly joyous and happy because he’s coming from the biggest disparity of war torn impoverished Serbia…….to the highest acme of success as arguably the greatest tennis player ever? You’d be much proud also considering the distance of the road he left behind to get where he now is, if you were him? I get his loud outbursts! I get it! Ripping his shirt off! I get it! I understand and empathize with Novak and am very proud of his success and share his joy. Nadal and Federer come from much more comfortable upbringings with successful families that financed their tennis stardom. And you can’t fault them. You can’t hate someone born into money. They couldn’t help it. But my point is just this: When you’re at the top like Novak, you remember where you come from! And you fight much harder to stay there because you’ve come from such a low point in life……a low point that Federer and Nadal cant ever know…….thereby they’re not no where as happy as Novak after a grand slam win. Nadal and Federer were happy after a grand slam win. But Novak was very much happier because he knows he’s come from a harder path. The pros and cons of life. There is a good side to humble beginnings………it’s that you’ll appreciate success much more than those who haven’t come as far. That passionate fierce determination to protect what is now yours………..Novak has that fierce determination of a warrior having to fight his way all his life and all the time. as he sees where he came from. Nadal and Federer will never know success like Novak. So a message to all of you hating Novak for being happy………….,,,,get over it!

Simply, tennis is the sport of the West, it is the most developed and the most popular there, all the greatest players are from the West in 98 percent of cases, Federer and Nadal are the greatest among the greatest and they are the greatest heroes for the Western world, especially Federer, it appears Novak from small Serbia, which is generally not a tennis power and is not yet a western country, he has turned everything upside down, the whole of tennis as a sport, and he is so strong that he is very likely to be the most successful tennis player ever, therefore also the greatest, in my opinion, the western world in general cannot accept the fact that the world's greatest tennis player doesn't come from their world is incomprehensible to them, and that's why whenever they can they downplay his greatness, that's my opinion, otherwise in the rest of the world he's very popular.

He also speaks several languages well , yet Nadal can barely speak English despite 20 years as a pro. Also, on an aesthetic level , Nadal is painful to watch with his clock stretching and annoying pre-serve idiosyncrasies , and his relentless , Terminator style of play with little nuance , just grinding out victories on clay in a trench warfare mode. If ANYBODY in my circle would ever pick his ass the Rafa does, Oh man, I'd call him out EVERY chance I could/can. Novac: Well he's just Grateful for EVERYTHING he has. He lived through war and saw war first hand and is a beautiful person inside out and Godfearing and doesn't have as much of a problem as the others when it comes to speaking his mind. He is not as loved as the other, elegance of Rogers game or die hard ferocity and nature of Nadal, Federes elegance and Nadals sportsmanship, Nadals and Roger are gentlemans. When the paid media says this for over a decade that the NPC's can't think for themselves and can't mention the 2 without this one of the above bs. Novak plays for every point the hardest and gives up the point the least out of probably everyone on the tour but instead of saying he has "die hard nature and ferocity" the paid media started calling it playing like a robot not giving him the respect and after many years thats how you npc's think now. How about you talk about how the "gentelmans" had their matched fixed at US for years to have an easier way the finals and "it was not for Nadal or Roger its just that they where the n1 and n2 at that point" excuse by US open till 2011. Or about how its statistically impossible for 4 years (2007-2010) in 12 GS Roger was always draw to play Novak in semis because he had an easier time against him and Nadal played against Andy in semis because he had an easier time agains him, while vice versa Novak and Andy had higher chance to beat them. Only French open was not fixed because nobody expected Nadal to lose. Or how about the gentelmans and spontmans not supporting Novak when he wanted tournaments to give more of the prize money to lower placed players he was hated for this by the media. Or how they did not support Novak at AO when the court said he didn't break any rules and only reason he got deported was because a single politicians had the power to deport anyone and he used it on Novak. Or how Nadal and Roger where pressuring ATP to remove point from wimby as to "punish them for not allowing russian to play" as ambassadors when 90% of the players where agains it and not only do they not punish Wimby as expected by everyone, with that desicion they punish the players. But Fedal had no points to deffend while Novak had, its totally not intentional. And then the very same Fedal go on the Wimby celebration or somethig like honored guest, where they not against Wimby and wanted to punish them why go then and support it? I am waiting for a day a Fedal fan channel to talk about all the Fedals bs expecialy admiting to favoritism and matchfixing but it will probably never happen, at least any time soon.

He isn't the least respected at all. Just that Fedal fans can't accept it. I am myself a huge fan of Federer's style of play, Nadal's style not so much although I respect his achievements and can't-break-me spirit till the last point. But it's Djokovic who's truly made his mark in an era of 2 other GOATS and surpassed them. Novak's achievements are the most supreme and his game is also the most complete. And that gets Fedal fans sore because they can't accept it.

I don't know about that man. He should be the most respected, for having the gut to stand against forced vaccine tyranny, by himself, without any support from 99% of players, including the two big chickens Federer and Nadal. And again, he's the only one speaking out about the disappearance of Peng Shuai, the Chinese player who "disapeared" after speaking out about sexyal harassment. Once again, not a single crackle from the two big hens Federer and Nadal. And I say this as a Federer fan (for the way he played tennis only). But Djokovic is the real package, in and out of tennis.

I have never been inspired by Fedal to change my diet so that my body could be at optimal health. I have never seen fed accepting defeat in grace, he acts like he should win no matter how much better the opponent plays. I have not heard praise from fed about anyone. His grandiosity is disgusting. Never seen Fed speaking up for other low rank players, let alone doing things for them. Fed is so full of himself, he doesn't even acknowledge under 18 players when they win any titles. Nothing against Rafa. He works really hard, a very humble person, never misbehaved and just gives his best. Novak inspired many of us on so many levels. To have a competitive mindset, to have a healthy dose of confidence coupled with positive ego, mental resilience, physical endurance and above all, grace whether in wins or loses - A complete player from a not so regular background. Plus, the Fed fans are getting really annoying and toxic. Rafa and Nole fans are genuine tennis fans, appreciating real tennis and actually knowing what they talk about.

I was never that big of a fan of Federer or Nadal. I didn't hate them, I just wasn't rooting for them more than any other player. I was waiting for someone to come along to replace my fandom I had for Andre Agassi. And early on I recognized that Djokovic had a better toolset than Federer or Nadal. And I've been a fan of Djokovic's ever since. A decision that hit the mark, I was very fortunate to choose the eventual GOAT IMO.

Novak Djokovic was systematically became a villain through mass psychosis of subversion by creating controversies around him and always putting him into bad spotlight whilst always taking care of Roger and Rafa's image by putting always them on good spot light. Social media posts, newspapers, discussions, debates, commentaries, are prime example, you'll hardly see or hear anything bad about them. It makes huge contribution in shaping up the mindset of the crowd. They both were like role models and they are presented like one all the time. This is a technique of Subversion usually used by political wings and were used by the colonizers few centuries back. In the court the crowd sheerly hated him coz he was beating their favorite players on regular basis. The intensity of hate he received on ground for being these good culminated Novak into a mental giant, though at times he needed to burst out his emotions coz of lack of respect and constant interruptions. He was merely returning the favour, something which Roger and Rafa never faced in their lifetime except for few occasions when they were facing each other. The fan favorites Rafa and Roger never took stand against government policies. They were the " Yes Sir " guys contrary to Novak Who remains always vocal whether it's the government policies or the corruption in ATP. This very attitude of Novak costs him dearly and he also became a villain political arena. Novak's attitude of taking a stand and speaking his mind, showing raw emotions on and off the court, being genuine and true to himself irked many corporations and brands. If he should have remain neutral or a " Yes Sir" guy things would have been different. But, he is built different, may coz of the circumstances where he grew around. May be he shouldn't have advocated for the "Freedom of Choice" and joined the herd of sheeps. But he is a 🐺. PS: I a world full of people masqueraded as Batman, Novak Djokovic is the Joker.

You really need to rephrase the title of this video - Djokovic gets the hate but only in the western countries:- US, UK and some parts of EU. Everywhere else, Djokovic is respected and loved, and he deserves that love. As for the reason for the hate, don't blame Djokovic's parents (plenty of tennis players have annoying parents, e.g. Tsitsipas senior, Uncle Tony Nadal, Judy Murray, who openly gloated on video when Djokovic failed to win the Grand Slam at US Open in 2021, etc. Don't blame his fans, most of which are decent people, just like most of other tennis players fans. In any group of fans, you will always find a few bad apples, but only Djokovic's fans get the blame. Don't blame Djokovic's early retirements either. If you wanted to be fair, you would have reported that Djokovic's breathing issues were eventually resolved when he had an operation on his nose. He also suffered from Celiac disease, but when he discovered the cause (allergy to gluten), he changed his diet and fixed the problem, and it's been 15 years since then! Blame the western press, who take every opportunity, even now, to badmouth Djokovic. They do this quite deliberately and knowingly, and most of these same stories are PLACEMENTS by the corporates who have invested billions of dollars into Federer, and almost as much into Nadal. Just look at the list of Federer's sponsors:- Credit Suisse, Rolex, Moet & Chandon, Lindtt, Mercedes, etc. etc. These are all elite products, being promoted by Federer, and his promotional value is reduced if he is not considered the best. The promotional line "The second best player wears Rolex" just doesn't cut it, and these corporates do as much as they can to protect their billions of investments into Federer being the top dog. While Federer was ahead in the number of Majors, all was well, and the media were full of stories praising the greatest ever Federer, while denigrating Djokovic, who was immediately recognised as a threat to their lucrative investment. When Djokovic showed that he would overtake Federer and his records, the story line changed, now the promoters (through the media) put out stories how numbers don't matter, it's all about style and elegance and Federer was by far the most elegant player. Then, as Federer's elegance dwindled, and his losses became the norm, there was an overwhelming gushing of love from the media for Federer, the most loved tennis player, while Djokovic was the most hated player who wanted the love of the fans but couldn't get it, i.e. Federer is still the greatest because he is most popular (in the west - but no one ever says so explicitly). You and your video are playing into the same game with this video. Have you been paid a commission for ding this video, or are you just following the herd, because it's a popular thing to do? You might not be aware, but Federer, even though he retired last year, but hasn't really played from 2020, he is still the highest paid tennis player in terms of sponsorship money. And he will continue to earn his 100 million dollars approx per year for as long as there are corrupted reporters willing to write what the corporates need them to say. They need to protect their investment into Federer by fair means or foul, and it's mostly been foul. All tennis players have real and true fans, people who follow their matches, enjoy their successes, support and succour them when they lose. And Federer certainly has many of these, but the vast majority of Federer's fans are people who know very little about tennis - people who have bought into the lifestyle - they like to identify with the people who drive Merks, wear Rolexes, sip Champagne, invest in Credit Suisse, etc, and who get the best seats at Wimbledon, at Flushing Meaddows, at Roland Garros and in the Rod Laver Arena - to them Federer is a symbol of everything they aspire to, and it (including Federer himself) must be the best. Any threat to Federer being perceived as anything other than the greatest, is to them almost an eexistential threat. They have really been sold the lifestyle dream by the advertisers and promoters that they don't even think about it - those who aspire to such a lifestyle love Federer and hate Djokovic by definition! All nicely created by the promoters and advertisers of many of the most elite brands in the world. Outside of the rich US, EU and UK markets, the artificial promotion hasn't taken such a hold, and in other, larger part of the world, Djokovic is very much loved and appreciated. But we never get to hear about those parts of the world. There - now you know the reason why people in the West hate Djokovic.

The actual answer for this question is, his tennis is boring. He has better technique He has better stamina He has better mental fortitude He is statistically the GOAT But he never made Tennis an exhilarating experience. For some weird reason, the recent match between Carlos and Novak made me miss Federer and Nadal on the tour. The level at which the big 3 played against each other was different. The match ups were different. The rallies were different and entire vibe was different. But I dont really agree with the fact the people hated him. He always seemed a nice and humble guy to me which is evident from the way he appreciates his opponents during his losses. But the problem is the world was already divided between Federer and Nadal. It was just that people loved Federer more. And it had more to do with the kind of Tennis he played. May not be as effective as Nole but his elegance was unmatchable. Same with Nadal. Those long rallies and the amount of grit and passion that he brought was unparalleled. Novak on the other hand probably has more neutral fanbase. People know that he is a better player across all the surfaces. Just that he is not as loved as the other two. Hated more??? No way

Novak GOAT! You see Federer and Nadal won over 40% of their Grand Slams while Novak was not yet on the big stage, while Novak won all his Grand Slams by winning in the finals against Federer and Nadal when they seemed to be the favourites. Further, Novak won more one on one matches in total against both Federer and Nadal. Novak is also the player who did spend more weeks as No1 player on the ATP list than anyone else in the history of tennis. And he is not done yet...

@user-ll7eb9yd5d Жыл бұрын
There are main reasons 1. Not only he is Slav, he is wrong Slav - Serbian aka Russian's brothers. 2. Nadal & Federer seem to hate him from the start for being better than them. 3. Thus media is insanely biased portraying him as a villian while protecting them at all costs. This video is factually wrong in so many statements. Accusing a player of faking injuries without giving a context of his health problems, which he solved. Accuinng him of "throwing a ball in frustration" and cutting a video just after his head turn, while he was simply delivering it back to ball boys, just like everyone else, not even watching. And ending this segment with "while all this true", while like 80% of "facts" mentioned are not. Not even mentioning that basically ALL that is said about covid "controvevrsy" is a biased opinion and a lie. His visa and all other documents were good, which was proven in court, while his deportation was absolutely political, which the governent officials stated themselves. Only ones who were offended by his opinion on Covid were journos. His social accounts grew like twice and he literally trancended tennis, gaining support of politicians, media influencers & so on who had zero interest in tennis before this scandal. P.S. Every time some tennis journo says "Nadal's sportsmanship", his face should be put to the screen to re-watch numerous times their idol cheated, called his opponents to the net, was "medically evaluated" magically winning when matches that he wa detroyed in, faked injuries & so on.

I don't for a second believe that he is disrespected because 'everyone loves a rivalry'. If that is the case, why not cheer him for bumping up one big rivalry into THREE? You don't think Nole vs Federer or Nole vs Nadal produced some of the most memorable matches in tennis history? Second, imagine a parallel universe in which Murray instead of Djoković emerged as the third in the 'big three'. You think western fans would have been pissed off at Murray? You think Brittish tabloids would be filling their pages with half-truths about Murray or downplaying his achievements? Of course not! He would have been a welcome addition to the triumvirate of west European dominance over the sport.

Interesting how the tantrums, racquet breaking, and other antics including busting that lady in the neck and getting thrown out of a slam are downplayed here, also talking about his marriage, sad to say, but there was heavy talk about his infidelity around 2016-18, when his form also fell way off, obviously character issues that Roger and Rafa never had. His family, mainly his dad have consistently made comments that are crazy and disrespectful to other players. His numbers are there, true, but he had a 6-year age advantage over Roger, and the head-to-head was in Rogers's favor until Roger was late into his 30s. Federer will always be my GOAT and to many others, because his numbers, class, and impact on the game were way greater, but that's just my opinion, and also think that you can't fairly compare these guys or other eras for a multitude of reasons and because of that no way to clearly crown an absolute GOAT, because everyone is gonna have their fav and an argument, just like mine as to why their guys is the best.

It's all prejudice! The reason why Novak is hated by the heads of the tennis world is because he's from Eastern Europe (Poor Europe). Western Europe (Rich Europe) invented tennis and have the resources to train their children to be the best. Poor countries don't have as much of an opportunity to train their athletes because they are poor. And when a poor boy from the other side of the tracks comes out of nowhere and takes over tennis, it's gonna ruffle some feathers. And he did more for the underclassed players than Nadal or Federer ever did when they could.

This is easy. Tennis always marginalizes great players who do not conform to upper class sensibilities. Djokovic is middle class culturally and doesn't aspire to social climbing. This is a sin in tennis. Furthermore, this is why Federer and Nadal are so loved. Together they acted as police for the upper class sensibility. Djokovic is a better player and I suspect a better human being than the other two, who feel sorry and dislike people under a certain class level. Tennis is many things, but it's purpose in the global control grid is to reinforce that anyone that becomes elite must also become elitist or else they will pay a social price, and often a monetary and emotional price too. All have been paid by Djokovic. What is the difference between being elite and elitist? Glad you asked. Being elite means you are one of the best. Being elitist means you eliminate/resist loyalty to non-elites and consider them of lesser worth and dignity to elites. This is a big difference. Being elitist also means going along to get along - never rocking the boat. This culture is a giant layer of insulation to the people in control of the world because the entire upper class constantly reinforces by their attitudes that none of us should ever go against the grain. Non-elitist elites are probably the most dangerous thing to the globalists because they can strongly influence people against them. For instance Djokovic took a stand against the COV!D vaccine, paid a big price, won the fight, and has been vindicated. Who knows how many lives he saved doing that, but he is still hated for it quietly in tennis. Djokovic is a hero.

Well I respect all 3 of them equally. And I respect Novak a lot too . Who said people don't respect him . Just bc he didn't put a thing in his body that everyone did doesn't mean he gets to be disrespected.

Federer and Nadal were both extremely popular and brought millions of new fans to tennis worldwide but most of these fans were (are) not 'real' tennis fans but rather 'player' fans. Same applies to Novak. When all is said and done and all three are retired, many of these so called fans won't even watch tennis anymore. The likes of Sinner, Rune and Alcaraz aren't exciting enough to hold their interest.

The problem of Djokovic is that he is the best according to statistics, but if you look carefully you will see that Djokovic won just one slam when Federer was at the top from early 2000s till 2011 when Federer was 30 years old. From 2011 till 2014 Djokovic won other 6 Grand Slams but at that time Nadal had 14 Grand Slams and Federer 17, Djokovic had just 7. It's only when Federer was aging and Nadal started having injuries that Djokovic started winning. Therefore, from 2015 till now Federer wom 3 Grand Slams, Nadal 8 and Djokovic 16, mostly against weaker opponents such as Tsitsipas, Berrettini, Ruud and others. Furthermore some of his behaviour are childish such as breaking the racket. Djokovic is one of the best tennis players in history, but in my opinion Federer and Nadal are the best.

Djoker is a complicated man, and this is from someone who does not know him, but just from what I read or from seeing him in action or interviews. We see the amazing tennis, we see his father, we see the gamesmanship, the family man, and the big heart. But I also think he IS the least likable of the three, and the most transparent, too. All three have HUGE egos, but Novak permits more of his to see the light of day. There is a cost for that honesty. Just look at the vax debate, and how that looks now? I suspect all three would be fun to have lunch with. The women in the lives seem to be happy with their lot, too. I'll bet they are all good fathers. We (the sports and tennis fans) have been truly blessed to see this wonderful time in tennis and professional sports. If you ask me, who is the best, I'll say Djoker, because the records and the eyes say so. But did I or do I usually root for Djokovic? No.

There’s no doubt that Roger Federer’s elegant game is a fan favourite. He is the Fred Astaire to Nadal’s Gene Kelly. One makes the game look easy while the other has to work all his might. Novak Djokovic came asking and Dustin that engaging discourse…that’s not his fault! There may never be as elegant and magical player like tiger Federer. They always be tough nose grinders like Nadal and Djokovic, both of who were pure athletes of massive stature. Fans however will always want to play like Federer who at his prime was able to perform magic with his God like skills. There is another big elephant in the room that some have touch upon and that is the fact that the prejudice against the Eastern Europeans contributed to the so call hate against Novak. Much of the tennis world revolves around the west. Ask we’re exposed to is the echo chamber of thief view points. I would like to see what the global south has to say about Novak and see if his image is as tarnished as you say

I can tell some of the people in these comments didn't actually watch the video. They just read the title and reacted. This is a completely balanced and fair assessment of Djokovic's career. The video was more complimentary than anything. Djokovic's ignorant fan base is probably more hated than Djokovic himself at this point. Djokovic actually seems like a pretty decent guy as opposed to some of his delusional psychopathic fans.

Let’s be honest about this wholl deal:He is not respected because He comes from the Land 🇷🇸 he comes, and that means :He is not playing by any rules or agenda‘s.He is a mann who real suffered the most (only him personally I don’t tell that for all he‘s countryman)during the war where there was a time they didn’t have actually enough to eat,did you know that ?he was then a small child. He is not silver and smooth like the rest of the two ,but edgy and rebellious, says always what he means and does no PR at all .. I have a appeal about a video that you make and this is when you said :”He was not loved beacause he “faked the injuries “in his early age!!That is absolutely not true, and here is why:You could have said “He was mad against someone off and on the court and he was really rude like Federer once did,He silenced Someone player family for being extremely rude,or something like that(what would I understand because all the crowd was against him always)but no ,you mentioned injuries.First of all it is not in the Serbian dna especially a Man to do such a thing!!to fake something .When it hurts really bad Serbians scream as loud they can?!believe me I know that😅especially Man😅Novak waited in his childhood when the Bombing have been stoped and the sirens 🚨 stoped ,that he can go somewhere to rehearse ,until he kann hear the sirens screaming again He will go home and wait until this end and so go one and one…You guys really think he would do such a thing? Then Second:that disqualification from u.S.open was a shameful and most the disrespected thing against one the best player in the history that audience around the world have ever seen ,because it was not purposely done ,Australian open put then a crown above of all this and allows him NOT even to walk in to country and puts him in jail ,and then suspends him from the championship sending him back from the country.I mean come on now?!?!They don’t like him for being different from them and then yet after all this .This guy has no bad feelings about anybody, and he comes always back loving the game and that exact countries in he was treated bad and unfair. That’s why I love him and more and more normall people around the world loves him too..Like A.Senna was, like Muhammad Ali was, like many many more great sportsman around the world who do and say what they believe in ,against all odds ,stand-up for what are they believing for!!

jealousy and envy is an ugly thing ... Novak thinks for himself and doesn't simply go along with the herd ... he lives by a strict code of conduct ... he stands up for himself and what he believes is right ... he is a man of integrity ... and will not be dictated to ... He inspires me to be a better man. Long may he continue dominating mens tennis. Goooooooooo Novak!!!

Might some of this have to do with physical appearance? Perhaps this will be an unpopular stance, but bear with me: Novak has the looks of a caricatured villain: elongated and hooked nose, close set eyes, and skinny frame. Combine this with his mercurial temperament and contrarian nature, and you have the makings of a media's un-darling. Visual media is biologically deterministic. We know from studies that babies will look at faces with a high degree of vertical axial symmetry longer than they will at other faces. We know from similar studies (and experience) that infant-like features (broad forehead, diminutive nose, and wide spread eyes) are more "beautiful" in both men and women. A great example of this is The Lion King. Compare the features of Scar (the antagonist) with that of Simba (the protagonist). The former resembles Novak, while the latter resembles Rafael. We know from observations of the television debate between Kennedy and Nixon that the radio audience thought that Nixon won, while the television audience thought that Kennedy won. It has been hypothesized that this is because Kennedy was considered more attractive; that Nixon had the features of a "villain," similar to Djokovic. The magnetism of Alcarez relative to Novak is a similar phenomenon. To the extent that this line of reasoning is true, Djokovic has overcome more hurdles than heretofore imagined. He is a champion in more ways than one.
