Loved the question of the day! Something I know really well is when and how to add humor to stressful situations at work. I'm definitely not a comedian :) but I always seem to be able to find something that is mundane yet funny that puts everyone at ease and helps them to relax. Thanks for providing these videos! I look forward to them each week!

Something I know really well is how to bring people "in" during my meetings. I use humor (love Susan Willmann's comment below) and stories to help model vulnerability. This allows people to say "wow...she did that too? me too!" while offering how to reflect and grow from them in a positive way.

You ask a challenging question. Going to school taught me how little I know and that I must remain a student of life for all of my life. However, I know how to find joy. Thank you for this upload and your content! Much appreciated

You might consider the term "entry level" or "front line" rather than minimum wage. Just a thought.
