Ollie once had someone drop $1000 on her, just to sing happy birthday to them. She realized right after how much they donated and was shocked. Mumei once made $20,000+ in sixty seconds of having her Super Chats open, offering to hand draw the avatars for anyone that donated $50 or more. She had over 200 to draw.

The cool thing about Jello is that while yes, the focus is on EN, it being a best of for the month you get a good variety of clips from a bunch of different EN members all in one video. Sadly, im not aware of any channels that do the same sort of thing for iD and JP. There are of course still a lot of great translated clips out there, but it might take a bit more work planning out how to react to them.

Superchats are not even their main source of income nowadays. They make more than enough with all the merch and sponsorships/ collaborations with brands around the world. $100 is indeed a lot of money but for Holomems reading superchat is more like a chill and relax "just chatting" stream/ moment.

I recommend the clip "Holojustice FIRST COLLAB with HoloEN and it's already peak chaos", it's a longer one, but a big collab with a lot of funny moments in Crab Game.

yes $100 is a lot...but you underestimate how popular hololive is. The holo girls had to stop reading super chats that were under $100 during stream because of how much people donated it was interrupting their streams. and even then they sometimes cant get to all of them. They usually read and thank all superchats at the end of stream or dedicate a whole stream thanking super chats of all donation amounts.

A lot of popular vtubers have dedicated clippers Although a lot of the time you also need to kind of just test a few clips and vet if the JP sub clippers are accurate. Id suggest Noises V, Fuyukai Clip, Sashimi Clips, Vtube Tengoku and JShay Translations These should give you a nice mix of clips from JP translated to EN, some Indonesian translated to EN , almost all of them are subbed too. As said for non hololive the clippers are more specialized. "Daily Dose Of X" is the typical format for the shotgun clippers but their translations and subs are not always the best quality. But they tend to be a good starting point if you check them from the start of this year. On top of this we also have a lot of animators in the vtubing community! For hololive specifically my favorite is probbly 2ManySnacks and for everything from indie to phase connect "H and Mr. H" Edit 2:30 was the hololive sports festival! they have a full company festival in minecraft with races, parkour and pvp as well as other events!

I think part of the reason that cramp was so strong is that Kiara has some sort of chronic body pain (can't remember the details) so that was an enhanced cramp. Also like she said it was a pretty bad one.

About the showing profile pictures in the stream chat, I believe it was a new feature that youtube enabled, and IRyS and a few others tried it out for a bit.. but from my understanding, management told them to turn it off.. because the rules for permitted profile pictures is a lot more lenient then the permissions for things to show on stream..

One thing that I wasn't expecting when I first started watching Hololive -- vtubers in general, really -- was that the ID girls are all various levels of fluent in English. I was pretty much expecting that their streams would be almost completely in their native language. So I was pleasantly surprised that they actually speak English a lot more than I expected. (I hadn't even heard of Nijisanji yet, so I didn't know of Hana Macchia or their former liver Mika Melatika.) I never really care about the sports aspect of the sports festival; I just enjoy the moments their interactions cause. Like this one! ...Aw, it didn't continue! Those who aren't too averse to the valley girl accent, look up one called "These Valley Girls Need To Be Stopped! Ollie Wants OUT!!!" when you can. It's around 9m38s long, but worth it. Unless, as I said... Yep! Swimming's been a thing in Animal Crossing New Horizons since mid-2020. It's the only way you can get some of the creatures for the aquarium section of the museum. You do need a wetsuit to put on over your clothes; you can't just go swimming in whatever without one. Oh yeah, most of the Jackbox Party Pack is pretty great, with a couple of caveats: 1. If you want an audience of your viewers, you have to be mindful of where the room code shows up so you don't block it. 2. By the same token, if you DON'T want your viewers to be actual players, you should hide it until everyone you want in is in, and you have max players set to however many people that is... or set a password, and don't let anyone leak that password in a public place. 3. Speaking of settings, they, in particular, need to remember to turn on family-friendly for their games so they don't get certain questions. Sometimes they don't remember, and get... not-so-family friendly prompts and stuff. Like later in that very game, or on another occasion when IRyS, Mumei, Fauna, and ID's Reine were playing Role Models. Price of being a corpo vtuber, I guess. Oh, wait, that's a continuation of the sports festival thing! It skipped a bit, though. There's a reason why there's a joke that Bae is 12. (Hopefully KZfaq continues to understand that it's a joke.)

2:32 that is the annual minecraft sports festival put on by the JP branch. Unfortunately, last year they said it would be the last for at least a bit, since it kept getting bigger and bigger each year, and they didn't know where to go from there.

If your interested in JP hololive, I'd recommend Vtuberbits. Doesn't do complimations but does do extended translations of streams, normally 10 to 20 minutes long.

It doesn't matter to me which clips you watch! Its harder to find good clip compilations of the JP girls because they have to translate as well, so it's usually just one clip uploaded at a time. Yeah, for small streamer $100 is a lot, but they got that kind of superchat every now and then. In fact, fans sometimes throws money to them just for LOLs. There's one time that Calli reminded her chat to take care of themselves first before thinking about superchat, and chat just 'bullying' her by kept sending superchat to her. Yeah, this is the kind of community where fans 'bully' their oshi by piling so much money onto them.

There aren't many clip compilations like this. Typically most people watch clips by 1: just getting recommended clips 2: following specific clippers. On top of that, posting links to specific clips is likely to get your comment removed by KZfaq's anti-bot stuff. Most people who react to vtuber clips have set up some kind of external suggestion system such as google forms for submitting clip recommendations. This bypasses the problem of trying to post recommendations directly on KZfaq, and the issue that clip compilations aren't super common.

Man trying to catch up on 5 years of content in out of order clip compilations with zero context is wild XD Hopefully some one in your community can fill you in on ALL the EN lore before you dive in to the wildness of JP and ID. It is nice revisisting these though... i miss Sana

I'll get the obligatory "I'm having a lot of fun watching your reactions and have enjoyed your opinions on music especially" out of the way first, because I want to get to a few notes quick: I've noticed the vast majority of clips you've been sent are AT LEAST a year old, most over two years old now/I don't know if you've seen more that a few seconds of any official 3D footage, just a lot of VRChat stuff/also, as you've noted, it's been mostly EN only (specifically Hololive EN, not Holostars EN either).. I just find that I feel irked that despite all the clips you've seen, you've basically only seen footage of 0.5 of COVER's 5 different branches and no live concert/"Idol" activities at all really, the very thing HoloPro is known for.. So I'm gonna make it a mission to find clips that can showcase the other 4 branches and the two newer Generations of Hololive EN at their best a dump a list on you.. why am I taking this so personally? I really don't know myself, but it's bugging the crap outta me so I gotta do something about it!
