I've been practicing according to this video for a few months now as I was having problems sparring with a southpaw at my gym. Today I finally had the opportunity to spar him after a while. To my pleasant surprise, I was able to land solid 2's and 3's against a superior boxer while keeping a sound defense. Excellent content.

Isn't it illegal to clich and punch at the same time in pro boxing? Like the part you talk about fighting on the inside as a Southpaw.

The two main rules that govern inside work in boxing: can't hold the back of the head and hit, when both arms are tied up the ref will break it up.
