Artsakh is a historically Armenian territory, it belongs to Armenia and there can be no doubt in that ! The former USSR had allocated Artsakh to Azerbaijan due to the political reasons of that era (much like the Russian Crimea was then administratively passed to Ukraine), but this does not make it just and legal, especially now. Azerbaijan can have no claims of what is not theirs (and they know it) - Artsakh is 100% Armenian and until this truth is rightly recognised by the world, tension will remain!

Is the Lachin road the only route to Azerbaijan? If Armenians in Karabakh have the option to get food through another route, then they are not under a blockade.
