Actually it is a heavenly pact with the name heavenly restriction given to it As mechamaru says in the exchange event He has a heavenly PACT not a heavenly RESTRICTION it’s like a binding vow given at birth that in exchange for a lot or no cursed energy you get physical drawbacks or gifts
