As a revert of an American-Syrian Halabi-Jew background I chose to be Muslim because Islamic teachings make sense to me. I came from an educated secular culturally Jew family... grandma was religious I learned about Judaism from her. It didn't make sense. I take a scientific and logical approach to life. Islamic teaching (Based on Quran, Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim) is logical to me and academically authentic.

Alhamdullilah. Very similar to my story I’m a revert from Australia I came to the truth of Islam 2 years ago now from Christianity and had a very deep knowledge of the bible from years of study and Subhanallah Allah was guiding me to Islam the whole time. So whoever chooses to be guided, it is for their own good. And whoever chooses to stray, it is only to their own loss. You are not a keeper over them. (39:41) O humanity! What amazes me about these so called Christian converts to islam is their total lack of knowledge. When I was an atheist and was studying Islam and Christianity. The first thing I noticed was that the supposed to be All knowing Allah got the doctrine of the trinity wrong in the quran. It is one thing criticising something. But it is a totally different kettle of fish when you criticise something wrongly. The quran challenges Christians that if they can find one error in the quran the quran is not from God. Well muslim the biggest error in the quran is that Allah got the doctrine of the trinity wrong. It is easy to excuse muslim for not noticing this glaring error because they know no better. But for a Christian not to notice this is beyond excuse.

I have been very divided in my religion (islam) I was born muslim, but i always neglected prayer, didnt want to fast for ramadhan, and didnt want to read quran. A few months ago, i watched an islamic short on youtube, and got interested again. i made sure to say bismillah every time i do anything, started to fast in ramadhan, and perform prayer if i can, and try to read quran even if i cant read arabi al fus-ha. Alhamdulillah my rabb got me out of the palms of shaytan, may allah guide you all in the right path, and may peace be upon all of you.

Salam. I was shared this tip with regards to lessening feelings of thirst in Ramadan. Mashallah. It works and it's so true, Alhumdulilah, Amin. So may I humbly share: - After sahur each time, take a glass of plain water, drink a mouthful. Then stop and recite Surah Al-Kautsar. Then continue finishing that glass of water in 3 mouthfuls, then thereafter, do not eat nor drink anything else further. Inshallah, Allah-willing, and with the Blessings of Surah Al-Kautsar, Allah would lessen your thirst throughout this Ramadan. "BISMILLAAHIR-RAHMAANIR-RAHIIM 1) INNAA A'TAYNAAKAL-KAUTSAR 2) FASHALLI LIRABBIKA WANHAR 3) INNA SYAANI-AKA HUWAL ABTAR"

I would encourage you to visit the nearest mosque to you and speak to a scholar to clarify the trinity in quran for you as I believe that you have misunderstood it. And I'm sure once clarified, you will find the truth in islam. May the creator guide us all to the truth.

Ok your mind has been filled by these so called scholars, so you tell me what evidence is there that Allah the pagan God of the Kaabah is the same as Yahweh the true God of Abraham. Have you asked your scholars that question? I dont think so, but I have guess what they have no answer. There is only one creator who can guide us and that is Yahweh the true God of Abraham. Not Brahma, not Al Lah, not any other false God.
