Hello my fellow longhairs, i usually shower at night. Do you recomend leaving it overnight or should i dampen my hair in the morning and add the leave in conditioner?

Question! You didn't apply leave in conditioner to the upper part of your hair. Is that due to you having oil that naturally comes out of your scalp making it unnecessary to apply so close to the scalp? If so, that method may not be the best for African Americans, since we don't have that natural lubricant coming out to condition our hair. I look forward to your answer. 🎉

If you tie your hair up when you're surfing, skiing etc, you'll get a lot less tangling and damage....

I have naturally somewhat straightish wavy hair and I wonder,does it actually make mine more greasy or works like a normalized conditioner? Due to how much natural oils my scalp does biologically,I'm not sure if it's worth testing.

Hey bro! Elefante from The Longhairs HQ here. I also have a scalp a bit on the oily side. I like to use leave in conditioner only on wash days, when my hair is fully clean and oily free. I'll wash, condition, rinse VERY well, then after my hair is towel-dry Ill put in the HYDRO FLOW, but only to about halfway up my hair strands. You wanna steer clear of the scalp, especially if you already have an oily scalp type. Another alternative if you have an extra oily scalp by dry ends is hair serum. It's not as heavy as leave in conditioner and it's great for helping manage split ends, damage, and adds hydration, I love it. Check it out on the site!
