Why Logan Paul DESERVES 'Special Treatment' in WWE

Logan Paul in WWE has taken criticism from former WWE superstar Ronda Rousey recently. Rousey says Logan Paul gets special treatment when it comes to his training at the WWE Performance Center. Rousey is annoyed that she didn't get any extra attention while wrestling for WWE. In this video I argue that Logan Paul deserves this special treatment when it comes to his wrestling career, above and beyond the likes of Ronda Rousey.

@@thcjdonprime4108 It’s actually not even close to inarguable, sadly most fans have no idea how professional wrestling works. The ones before the pandemic had a better idea but now it’s all these new fans lying about being old ones and a ton of kids. It’s an absolute cringefest. I worked super hard to build my body after already being in shape from an athletic background, (Football, Baseball, Jiu-Jitsu) but I still wanted to be bigger and more muscular and less skinny even though I was already fairly good. Professional wrestling demands a lot. That’s what I did before starting to train at a professional wrestling school. That is how every WWE star started, except for Logan Paul because he has hundreds of millions of dollars, every single other wrestler started off on the indie scene. None of his peers really “respect” him like they say they do for what they have been through to get to where they are. He has a special contract, WWE is part of washing his reputation and I can promise you he insured nothing bad would be said about him wrestling wise by any of the talent. He’s worth hundreds of millions of dollars. I mean just watch how awkward the conversation between him and Triple H on his podcast was talking about WWE talent possibly crossing over to fight in the UFC. He kept talking about himself and himself and his yes men cohost was like pushing the idea and Triple H brought up Chad Gable’s amateur background first and you could see the look on Logan Paul’s face and his fragile ego being imploded. “He kept saying what about me” and talking about how he has a background and it was so funny how uncomfortable Triple H was because he didn’t wanna go too far to lick his boots even though Logan was begging for it and he kept awkwardly chuckling heh heh idk, and when repeatedly brought up he was like heh heh maybe. You guys are welcome to call guys on the indies nobodies, but all you’re favorites you watch on TV currently started there. No one I train with, alot have debuted already, most are just as athletic as Logan Paul (and it’s Professional Wrestling everyone is at least running a little test and I promise you Logan Paul and most others are on other gear as well) and not one have a nice thing to say about him. I’m not gonna name names, because he is well known by wrestling fans but my head trainer is connected to many people in the WWE and he knows how people feel about Logan Paul. Certain guys who are complete professionals, who have worked out issues with many other fellow wrestlers have to be given extra to work with Logan sometimes because let’s just say they will be inclined to work extremely stiff if not. Not saying all, but the general true consensus (not the fake displayed one on social media stop believing that’s real) is that a lot of wrestlers wanna scare him away with a very stiff match that he hasn’t really had this person was a legend in the WWE so this is credible but I don’t know the exact names of the wrestlers who do not like him. But I’ve heard it’s the majority, and that they have been told to say good things about him anyways. I mean the fact of the matter is he’s not a good or bad wrestler, he’s not a professional wrestler at all. Show up to a wrestling school if you disagree, and you will be humbled. You are taught to wrestle on the fly, discuss some spots for a bit 5-15 minutes before a match, and be a great technical wrestler off of that. As a real professional wrestler you can wrestle multiple times a week at least. For all of Logan Pauls matches, he’s given at least a month to rehearse every single spot in his upcoming match over and over in his own personal WWE ring in his mansion. He gets 1 on 1 training from Shawn Michaels for many of those matches. I don’t think some of you understand that almost any decent athlete (not remotely professional) could put on a good match with those things in place. That is not the professional wrestling grind. His role is bringing more kids and embarrassingly older Logan Paul fans that exist, but he should never win a World Championship. It would be a complete spit in the face to any professional wrestler in the world, and it’s not even the same as if the Rock would’ve beaten Roman Reigns for the Undisputed title at mania. He went through the grind before at least, he’s an actually wrestling legend that started from the bottom at some point. How ironic it was for him to say We Want Cody on twitter, just because the Rock cut business ties with him for showing a suicide victim on camera in Japan and mocking the whole country in a stupid cringey KZfaq video. And to this day not taking full responsibility for it really, but when talking about it like it was some kind of mistake he couldn’t control. Like “how could I let that happen” bro you left the video up for hours, im pretty sure longer than just that if I’m not mistaken. “Yo are you alive” “are you messing with us” he comedically said to a dead body. The immediate response to this is “Cry me a river” “Cry about it” by 15 year olds and grown men enraged and possibly in tears.

The UFC? MMA and Professional Wrestling could not be more different. A professional wrestler is supposed to be able to wrestle on the fly have a changed opponent 15 minutes before the match ready to go. Wrestling multiple nights a week sometimes more. He gets at least a month to prepare rehearsing every single spot in his matches over and over again in his own WWE ring in his mansion getting 1 on 1 training with HBK for most of his matches. Any decent high school athlete even could put on a decent match under these conditions. Add the PEDs that all professional wrestlers take and he definitely will. Not hating on that part, it’s essential in being a pro wrestler, I train at a wrestling school and im prescribed gear 230mg test a week and anastrozle however Logan Paul is obviously on more and most other wrestlers are too which isn’t even the problem about this just worth mentioning, I don’t even know you but If you played sports in highschool, decently athletic, get on a little bit of gear at least, same rehearsals as Logan, you could potentially put on just as good of a match. What he’s doing isn’t technically being a professional wrestler. Being treated like that in the UFC is different. You don’t rehearse a fight. You are just fighting, and can get your ass beat regardless of better training it just depends some of the best have major upset losses it is not even close to a reasonable comparison.

I don’t like Paul at all - never did - he’s not a good human being, I could care less whether he stops wrestling or not. I could live without him very easily. I will be fair here though and say he at least is somewhat entertaining at times and doesn’t just collect a paycheck like other “celebrities” (I use that term VERY loosely here) have done. He does work. He’s better in the ring (regardless of how) than he has any right to be. He’s been a fast learner regardless of how much practice or favoritism he gets and he’s a good athlete. It's understandable as to why he's protected in the way he's protected. I can respect what he’s doing in the ring and even bringing new eyes, but I still don’t like the guy and never will. To be fair, Rousey does have her points as well. While she undoubtably has her flaws, she could've been booked better herself. But that was also Vince and his terrible overall booking - and not just with her - for years.

First and foremost, Ronda is a real fighter, she should've been booked a heel. Her theme is garbage, her gimmick was garbage. She made Lych something. Their Wrestlemania match had undeniable potential, a pity that Vince ruined it. In resume, she could've been one of the greatest female heels ever, if not for Vince's stupidity. The immediate response to this comment will predictably be “Cry me a river” “Cry about it” or “I’m not reading all that” by 15 year olds and grown men enraged and possibly in tears.

@@Black-Circlelol, another response I am expecting. I did not use paragraphs. Unfortunately everything I said cannot be disproved by you, because it’s all factual. If you want me to use paragraphs so bad, why would u even comment on it or read it? Wouldn’t u just ignore it because you don’t want to read something without paragraphs? Something must have upset you. Don’t have a rebuttal for it unfortunately.

@@Black-Circle well now there are paragraphs. It’s funny because Ive commented like this on many other topics, not used paragraphs, and never got a comment about using them. I will say maybe u were truthful. I just always see people saying “I’m not reading all that” when they get angry about something. So my bad honestly I thought it was one of those situations. People don’t want to actually know the truth behind the scenes vs what they see in the media and on KZfaq.

Absolutely agree 100%. He's massively talented, and where I give him props is his active determination with the sport. Like the kids say, period.

Logan Paul deserves nothing but contempt. His past is littered with disgusting sociopathic behavior which he repeatedly gets away with without repercussions because of his money and connections. I don't care what he does or doesn't do in the ring, I won't watch anything associated with him or his brother.

Not a fan of either Rhonda or Paul. That being said the only special treatment Paul deserves is a helmet and a short bus. 😂

Logan Paul gets "special treatment" because three reasons: 1. Social media presence. 2. He's a naturally gifted wrestler and is able to adapt unlike Ronda who is still bitter that fans booed her. 3. Logan respects the wrestling business and just gets it. I have no doubt in my mind that WWE will make him their top star in the next year or two. Ronda is so bitter and it shows.

Logan Paul deserves his spot because the fans respect his work. I have never seen someone so easily get his moves right like Logan does, I have never seen someone more willing to give to the sport then him & it is obvious that the stars he works with respect him. Kevin Owens has made sure to work with Logan since 2021 for a reason

I dunno Rousey was absolutely huge at one point, even a crappy highlight video I made of her early mma career got 3 million views when she joined wrestling. She didn't have the huge youth following though like Logan. It will probably back fire as Logan should be in jail and possibly will be at some point in the future for his various crypto scams. I don't watch wrestling but to be fair he did look pretty good in those clips in the video
