You can see in Connors eyes that his mind is clouded by booze. He sits on 200mil and growing. He doesn't need to fight. He won't fight again anytime soon. Maybe doing some old guy boxing like Tyson when he manages to sober up. But I also wouldn't be surprised if we read in 5 years: "Superstar has lost it all".

I was thinking the same thing. My hunch is that it's not and he just has a really weird cadence. He's trying to put on more of a professional narrator voice but the inflection is off so it sounds a bit monotone without correct inflection since it isn't natural. That's my non-expert opinion.

Call me crazy but I think McGregor is scared to fight Chandler. Not in the sense that normal people are scared, but in the sense that he knows how much there is to lose and he kinda can't get himself to do it. He may or may not be sabotaging himself accidentally on purpose.

Conor was never a "warrior", he's a showman. He doesn't even try to fight out of submissions, just quickly goes to tap. I'm not talking about fighters who tap, but at least they attempt to defend them. Conor taps immediately without any resistance.

I’m guessing the injury happened and the fight was off before the presser. But the UFC being the UFC, used Conor’s name to sell the card until the last possible moment. It makes sense honestly

Seeing how he's spending his time out of the octagon reminds me of rocky 3, rocky lost because he got way too comfortable, cocky and his lavish rich lifestyle got into his head and the same has happened with connor... I hope this match happens and i certainly hope connor keeps up with whatever he's doing because michael would mop the floor with him, that guy is a lionheart and he has given some of the best matches in UFC. Chandler deserves the win and i can't wait till this match happens...

The longer he drags this out the longer his name stays in the media. He doesn’t have to fight, he just needs us all to THINK he’s going to fight. Once he’s done, his value decreases dramatically. I wouldn’t fight or leave either if I was him 🤷‍♂️

After seeing him at the presser with Jake Gyllenhaal, that's all that was necessary. He had the DTs....I've only seen them like that (except if they start having seizures) at the VA hospital. I think he's in complete denial, as if 10 years ago you showed him a video of him on the presser for Road House, he'd completely deny he would ever be like that. He won't and can't come back.
