Its time to promote and consume indian brands only. If this is to come real Our product must be at competitive price without compromised quality when compared to overseas brands. Incase as a consumer we can give concession of quality for luxury brands of india to promote them. Believe in consumer power , Consumer can shift profit from one brand to another brand . So,it better to promote local brands And also make sure those products are not white labeled of non local brands before purchasing

What I've observed is that it's all about mixing poor financial education, easy access to credit like credit cards, and the influence of Instagram. People want to "flex" more than they earn or have, and there's a widespread desire to become a social media influencer. This trend is mostly prevalent among young people, as opposed to adults who usually have the financial means to afford such lifestyles. If this behavior isn't addressed early on, India might face similar financial struggles to those currently being experienced in the US with debt management. While increased spending can be beneficial for economic growth and brand profits, this "empty growth" is not sustainable in the long term.

@@debanikgoswami4834 crying in a Ferrari is better than crying in a rented house. "Money can't buy happiness" is just something poor people say to make themselves feel better. I've never seen anybody sad in a Ferrari Look, happiness is complex. Good health brings happiness. So does good relationships. People also need fulfillment, purpose, and connection. Developing gratitude and serving others makes you happy. But one thing is for sure: money CAN buy happiness. Or perhaps a better way of saying it is that you can use money to enable good choices that make you happy. It depends on what you do with it! On the flip side, and more to the point, money can alleviate misery. I’d rather cry in my Ferrari. Money doesn't buy you happiness straight away. it buys convenience. Convenience buys freedom (of choice.) Freedom buys you satisfaction. Satisfaction buys you hapiness. ( you can be happy but not satisfied. If you are satisfied, you are inevitably happy.)

Same for shoes, sneakers etc.I amfrom the west , have seen what this hunger for more, fancier does to economy of 90 procent of people, of depletion of the earth, climate change and...mind set. I wish every country to prosper, but not inequality among people. And of course all of this so called luxury stuff is sadly always advertised by the media with the indication "see how prosperous we are". Usr the money tp educate yr people (sorely missing in the west) and use the great talent of yr country: its writers, poets, philosophers, aryidts, architects, etc. We need to enter a new era worldwide. YLo ,Nice to hear madam u speaking on behalf of these luxury brands 😁, good marketing 💐 Credit based spendings r always like a sword hanging over, so with yLo depression n stress increases😇 proportionally. 💯The old conservative traditional indian way of living within means is timeless. Ageless.💯 🔥An asset & savings is a must 🔥 😁If that YLO fails, in india there is no second chance of living a gandhi life also 🤪 mental hospitals, psychiatrists will become super rich 💯 👆🏽👆🏽a comical truthful effects of YLo. 😂😁

India should promote its own native luxury and not the West. That goes for China and elsewhere too. India also needs to clean up the feces at the side of these luxury stores too.

Okay Palki, now tell us about the luxury market in China. You’re tooting your horn about India but China is WAY and FAR ahead of India. Let’s talk about that.

@@blobofconsciousness _"It is a Chinese journalist s duty, not hers"_ Chinese journalists do not steep this low into this category and boasts about themselves while bashing others like Indian 'journalists' do. If you hear China buying luxuries, then you'll hear it from western outlets like BBC, CNN, et al.

As an Indian I am very proud of our nation thanking PM Modi ji and our great Hindu Nationalist government BJP! We are sending rocket to moon and our people are driving the Benz and wearing the Prada as nicer than the Britishers have! Even if many of India people starve and have no toilets, even if the slums are festering, even if when we sick we have to go to Ganga for cure only, we can all still being proud for our Bharat! Jai Hind! Jai shree ram!!!

I agree on most of the part but .... On toilets mostly false partly true. And on medical mostly false partly true but not ganga. On pm modi being hindu... I get it he is proud hindu but on policy front it's nothing for Hindus... Just nil. So pls don't give him tag of hindu such that he is coustodian of hindu rights .... Bjp just make fuss out of cow and what not.... And it's politics in play

It need not always be a proportional reaction. Rich can get richer with middle class getting richer/ stagnating, the pooor getting richer/ stagnating...the combinations are aplenty. There's no standard reality to categorise.
