The bright yellow has 0 artificial colors, it's entirely saffron. They lose a lot of money on that flavor because of how much saffron they use

Best Iranian ice cream you can get in the US. I can't count how many times I came to Mashti Malone's for their saffron rosewater ice cream. It's the best. Wish I could get their ice cream now, but I live over an hour away from there.

ROSE WATER IS AMAZING. GET SOME AT WHOLE FOODS OR TRY TRADER JOES SPRAY IVE USED IT SINCE I WAS A YOUNG GIRL IM 53 AND HAVE ZERO WRINKLES AND EXTREMELY SOFT SKIN LOL MIX IT WITH GLYCERIN TO MAKE BODY OIL AND SEE HOW BEAUTIFUL YOUR SKIN LOOKS FROM NOW ON. TRUST ME. TRY IT 🙏🏻💗

I AGREE 1000%!!! I'VE TASTED MOST FLAVORS THEY HAVE & I LOVED ALMOST ALL OF THEM. THE ROSE WATER CHIA SEED IS HEAVENLY! THE LAVENDER AND PISTACHIO MIXES ARE AMAZING. THEIR UNIQUE BLEND OF QUALITY INGREDIENTS AND TEXTURE IS TOP NOTCH. ITS THE MOST REFRESHING AND DELICIOUS ICE CREAM IVE EVER TRIED. ITS ACTUALLY SAD REACHING THE LAST BITE I WANTED TO CRY LOL 💗💗💋

After 1 year I wanna answer your question. that's frozen cream (mainly high fat above 60 percent)! it's one of main materials of Persian traditional ice cream.

It's armenian and try to pronounce everything different from american english like the a should be spoken hard like the a in about and also the g should sound like the g in girl or glass and for the janian part try to say jahnian or jawniyan☺

@@cerensahin9938 Not all surnames ending with "-ian" are Armenian. Many non-Armenian Iranians have surnames ending with "-ian" It's not uncommon

Her surname means "From Agha Jan" = Aghajanian Jan = dear Agha = Mr -ian = suffix indicating where it's from.

@@marmary5555 as far as I know the Iranians with such surnames are also of armenian descendent because I had a friend in high school whose family was armenian but from iran. And I also know what aga (rich sir or landlord) and jan ( my life, my dear, soul) and Ian at the end means. For example igorian means son of igor or it indicates that the person is of armenian blood.
