It has long been established earthquakes can be induced. There was even a PS 1 game with this tech in the late 1980's. Subsequent quakes in Iran and Afghanistan seemed to have the hallmarks of such intervention. Now the recent South China Sea events indicate another major power is perfecting this technology. At some point it will go beyond the intended target and... But governments never think about consequences only short term goals. Great broadcast.
