I think Milio's passive should grant the bonus effect based on his level and stats and not on his ally. Since supports barely get to three items, it would mean that he doesnt get enough stats to buff his allies with his passive. Riot can then move on to do the numbers for his passive if they need to nerf him more. If they really want to, they can add a cooldown to his passive like make it that an ally can only receive his passive buff once every X seconds or just change how his W just applies one tick of his passive for each ally and that's it.

Sona is actually strong against milio because she scales harder than him lmao (milio main)

Wait you're right. For some reason I was thinking ardent procs like mandate where it would "consume" the mark but that doesn't make sense

They mightn't heal or shield as often but their heals and shields are much stronger

@@user-fc7st1nu9m thats true but im talking about the item effects that they proc. regardless of their "spell" value they still proc the same powered item effect. what im saying is that since millio can proc it so often with just one ability maybe riot adds cooldown to these items (this wont impact most of other enchanters and nerf the value milio provides) or just straight up nerfs milios items to proc weaker item effects or maybe even add cooldown of item procing to milio himself (this i belive will be much more difficult to add to the game and may cause some bugs) hope i explained it fine

@@dachitchatchia7505 there are other supports who can proc it just as effectively but in different ways, like ashe if she has font of life, her autos alone will be enough to proc ardent or staff, if a champion like seraphine buys ryalias and also has font of life, she's able achieve the same result from spamming her abilities. Sona is able to do the same thing is milio without font of life while also being able to spam her abilities The only item Milio really abuses is shurelya's and even then because his cds are so long he's still outclassed by sona but because milio has such long cds in general it'd be a waste if he couldn't optimally proc items, he'll have to consider when best to use his abilities to buff his teammates because he's essentially useless when his abilities are on cd

I think Soraka and Sona counter milio only when Milio isn't pair'd with his best ADCs (Lucian, Kog)
