If you’re in the United States, reach out to the Small Business Administration (SBA). They are a federally funded organization that will help you for free. No strings. And they assign a counselor to you.

Stumbled on your video after my new line manager gave a handbook to all my team that is more complicated and boring than something that comes with a new plasma screen TV. A brick of paper. Culture guides are the best way forward!

Great information! I am building a handbook/culture guide for my medically fragile son's nurses, attendants, and therapists. While I will have to do a lot of adaptation to fit our situation, this gave me some fantastic ideas on organizing the book, and how to write it in an empowering way. Thank you!
