Hmm I play the 10 cent boost and they can be very aggressive and also very cautious. A lot of them have been studying I think but I think most of them are still losers overall. It's a mix. Players are all over the place. Some are raising preflop 20 x bb and others totally limp all the time. I can't go back to a regular game I'm spoiled by the pace of boost. Developing a strategy against such a wide range of players is difficult. The HUD doesn't track well in boost games. Sometimes I'm doing fabulous. Other times it seems I'm playing the same way but I do terrible. I've tried every approach I can think of but still no consistency of outcome. ..

I'm also playing no limit 10 better sketchy offshore site in South America makes me nervous having money down there because I got ripped off at absolute poker free Black Friday even though I was crushing the micros.... Honestly, very good material. I would add that protecting your wins (or losses) by developing a plan is important. For example, set a buy in limit if playing cash games. Say no more than 3 buy-ins before calling it quits for the day. If you’re up ahead (4+ buy-ins), check out of the table and re-buy into the table, and remember to keep your buy-in rule even if winning and up way ahead. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been up 12-15+ buy-ins just to take a tumbling crash by a stupid move or a bad beat. Remember to keep your ego in check, even when killing it. This advice I had to learn on my own, and would have saved me a ton of money throughout poker 😂 All-in-all, excellent content and channel 👍

Are you using a HUD or are you recording and watching gameplay?

Micros today are dominated by bots like any other stake. They play exactly the way the video describes, very tight, solid, aggressive. You simply cannot beat an army of bots by playing like the bots.

If the flop texture is good for your range bet. If villain is a nit bet. If the flop texture equalises (helps villain a little) bet small. If villain is in the BB he hits more lower flops on average, so be wary. And remember, you are C betting a "bluff" when you miss the flop but still have 6 outs. So villain could fold or you may hit one of your outs 👍

Micro stakes are blinds under a dollar. 1/2 is small stakes.

It depends on the situation. Even if you play a hand perfectly, it will happen a LOT, just part of the game. Do you go back thru your hand history and analyze those hands where you lost a big pot at showdown? It's one of the best habits a player can have. Look at the action pre-flop and on every street and ask yourself why you made the moves you did, and if each move was good or bad. The goal is to be able to explain to yourself why the moves were good or bad. If you played a hand well, and Villain just sucked out on the river, don't worry, the wins in those spots will far outweigh the losses in the long run. If you played a hand poorly, as even every pro does sometimes, identify the exact spot where the hand went wrong. By finding those specific mistakes in your hand history, you'll remember them when similar spots appear in future hands, and you'll make fewer and fewer of those mistakes. Sometimes you honestly won't know where you screwed a hand up, you'll just know you played the hand poorly overall. In those situations, post the hand on the 2+2 forums (a great resource) and ask the community to help you find where you messed up the hand. It can be hard to take some criticism-sometimes those guys will be brutally honest and won't sugarcoat their criticism if they think you played a hand really poorly-but it's one of the best ways to find and repair leaks in your game.

Uhm I assume you already have a bankroll of 10 if you enter microstakes. In fact even that bankroll is too low for $2NL. A 100 dollars bankroll would be a start for that.

You had the nuts? You do know AK is the most expensive hand in poker? Having the 2 highest cards preflop ain't the nuts. If the guy has pocket 7's and flops quads 7's he has the nuts. Even aces don't mean anything. I tried to get the others to fold in a WCOOP satellite by 4betting (preflop) i think. 2 guys called 1 has AQ and the other guy flops a jack with pocket jacks. That's poker folks! Got beaten once with aces and twice with kings (same day) which all 3 times knocked me out of a wcoop satellite.
